Tried to order online, wasn’t working. Tried calling them and it just would keep on ringing until I ran out of patience. I get home from work around 7 and I was like this is more than enough time to order a pizza. After the failed online order and call in order debacle we rush to the store. They say they are only doing online and phone orders right now before closing. It was 7:30pm on a Tuesday and their hours are until 8pm. The little guy behind the counter kinda shrugged me off. Gladly never give them my business again. Go try literally any other pizza place instead of this one.

Very disappointed! Ordered two pizzas a salad and breadsticks online. When I came in to pick it up they said they were out of salads and breadsticks. I asked for a refund of those items and they told me they were not able to do that and that I would have to wait for a manager to contact me. It’s been over a month and I have yet to receive my refund. I have gone in, emailed and called, and no one has gotten back to me. Needless to say, I will not be going there again.

I’m rating this 5 stars not because it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had but because for what it is, easy inexpensive pizza. We go out every Tuesday for pizza night and frequently Papa Murphy’s is selected over other potential pizza restaurants.

As far as take home pizza is concerned, the place is great! I took one star off as it would be nice if the there was an option to put cornmeal between the dough and tray for people intending to use a pizza stone. Transfer of the pizza is a bit rough.

Tried to order online. We had a coupon for $5 off. The order didn’t go through. So ordered when we got there. We didn’t have the coupon with us so no discount. When I found the order in my phone and gave them the coupon code, they said sorry, it was only for online orders. Really? Oh well that takes care my business with this place! Bye Bye!
