This place is going down hill. We moved here about 3 years ago. It was good then. Since then the pizzas have gotten smaller, have less toppings, and the price has gotten way higher. I only order now when they have specials. For a few bucks more I can have cooked pizza that tastes waaaaay better. Tonight my husband wanted to try their Calzones. I got him 2 as he’s a big guy. Cab you spell DISAPPOINTING!!! THEY ARE SO SMALL!!!! 2 is not enough to fill him up. The photos show then next to my hand. I have pudgy fingers, but my hands are small. You can’t even see it under my hand!!! I think my pizza business belongs elsewhere in the future!

Absolutely horrible!! The female at the cash register was a rather large Hispanic female with extremely obvious fake eyelashes whom I asked 7 times for stuffed crust pizza and she repeatedly said do you want stuffed or thick crust?? I repeatedly said stuffed crust and she literally laughed at me as I heard her tell coworker that we had no idea what we was trying to order, then had them make the completely wrong pizza with no regard as to what I ordered at all..I personally will drive the extra distance to any other papa Murphy’s besides this one!!!! I dont understand how somebody could be so rude, and ignorant at the same time!!!

I ordered a pizza online, so I could pick up and go. I ordered for the pick up to be at 11:00 am, at opening. I was having a visitor and was hoping to pick up the pizza and take it home to cook. My visitor showed up before I even got home, because the location did not open at 11:00. I had to order subway next door to make sure I had food to provide my visitor with. When I left the Subway at 11:17, they still were not open and when I looked inside, it was a ghost town. Noone inside. This is horrible service. Thank God, I didn’t pay online and planned to pay in person. I’m sure getting a refund would be a nightmare.

I picked up 2 pizzas 3 weeks ago and decided to get my daughter and son-in-law a $50 gift card. The lady had to go get additional cards because the first one wouldn’t load. She loaded $50 on another card and I went away happy.

I went to this Papa Murphy’s a few weeks ago because it’s pretty good for a take and bake pizza. I ordered online, asked for stuffed crust, didn’t get the stuffed crust. The pizza was still really good so no complaints. Now my second time going has been the worst. I had to wait for my pizza for over half an hour. I did an online order so I wouldn’t have to wait too long. Everyone was helped before me then I watched as one employee working there washed dishes and texted before ever helping me. Not to mention no stuffed crust again and definitely not extra cheese like I paid for. I really liked the pizza overall, but I won’t be going back.

I stood there waiting to be greeted and served for 5 minutes. 4 people working and not a single one would help me. When I finally got the pizza the toppings were all piled in the middle. The cashier kept walking into the back at one point another woman took off her gloves to help me but then the other girl came back so she went back to making pizza and still nobody took my order. Once I got my order taken the pizza was ready in 2 minutes there was no other customers in the store. The staff was very rude and there was plenty of workers so it wasn’t because they were understaffed.

I ordered a split topping family size pizza online at 1pm for a 6pm pick up yesterday. When I arrived at around 6:10pm the pizza was not made and they said there was “no ticket” for it.. I pre-paid for the pizza online and luckily I kept my email confirmation to show them.

Let me begin by saying that 1 star ⭐ is too many stars unfortunately there’s no 0 star option. I called this store at 8:39 p.m. to order a pizza to be picked up (I live less than 7 minutes from this location) the girl that answered the phone said that they were no longer making pizzas for the night. I asked her what time they close and she said they close at 9:00 p.m. When I asked why they wouldn’t make me a pizza since it wasn’t 9 o’clock yet the girl stated that they want to leave at 9:00 so they don’t make pizzas after 8:30 p.m. she then rudely told me to have a good night before hanging up on me.
