I broke a molar on the garden salad served to me. I threw all items purchased from there away. Steve was beyond high on something . Super slow I had to correct him 3 times on what I had ordered . I wish I would have asked for refund and left because he was so high. Thought maybe he was slow and gave him benefit of the doubt… I ordered online at 6:55 was told pizza would be ready by 7:30 not done until 8:10 with only one customer in front of me that he took before fixing mine. I do NOT recommend Papa Murphy’s on Watt and it will cost me 1500.00 to fix my tooth because of the ICK they served me. That guy was so high and or stupud. Manager was therre in back and wouldn’t make eye contact with me. I soo wish I would have asked for refund and left. Or even given them the 25 bucks and left. Now I have 1500+ dental bill… yea do not recommend at all!!!

Ordered a pizza online for my son’s Birthday!, and was told to pick it up at six-fifteen got there at 6: 22 and they pointed to the closed sign the door was locked and I never got my pizza!! WTH so I am highly disappointed with this store! The store hours indicated that they were still open until 8 that day I waited around and they closed it up.. bad business!!

Called at 1130am. The website says they open at 11am on weekends. After calling twice with no answer,the girl answered and said ” we don’t open until noon on Saturday” either the owner is unaware of the employees doing this or they need to update their hours.

Ashley, Isabel, Kai are all literally the most amazing people ever! Their boss is one lucky boss to have these 3 on his team. They always have a warm welcoming smile that greets you when you walk in and this is important to me! They even help you if you aren’t sure what kind of pizza your in the mood for. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone gets exactly what they asked for and they even do it super fast! (It takes me forever to make pizza at home lol) I always get 1/2 &1/2 pizza (his side and her side lol) and they ALWAYS do amazing at making sure my order is correct or even going that extra mile when I ask for a special customized pizza with no red sause. While I wait they ask how my day was and it makes it feel like they care, it’s like a family friendly atmosphere which is something most places don’t have. I usually come in on Tuesdays as it’s usually my day off and I feel like they might have my order memorized.. I hope their boss recognizes each one of them on their excellent work, great work ethic, amazing customer service, always having a smile, and being welcoming and friendly when everyone walks in the door. These 3 are a great group of individuals who deserve a riase! To the 3 of you, keep doing what your doing and I’m sure I’ll see you again on Tuesday. ❤

I called in my order for my pizza the young lady took down my order word for word but when my daughter brought home the pizza it was nothing like I had asked and when my son in law came back the next day for them to be remade. The attitude he has to endure was absolutely uncalled for. I heard the whole conversation because he had me on speaker.You are supposed to be respectful you are in customer service after all. If you’re not happy with you’re job don’t take it out on other people.Just RUDE

the five stars are for the the young lady (melanated woman) making my pizza. she was pleasant and kept her composure while working by herself . I mean solely by herself! which i believe is a safety issue to say the least . it was nearly closing and she kept her happy face. kudos to her.
