I did not order any spinach on my artichoke pizza. Yet I had to pick every piece out for my mom who’s doctor say she is not allowed spinache because of her cholesterol. So just know when u add things that aren’t asked for it can really slow down the customers day. Work on that. You’re welcome.

Order a pizza online. It said it would be ready. 25 minutes after I put the order in. I go 25 minutes later to pick up the pizza and there is someone in front of me ordering their pizza. I am told my pizza will take another 10 minutes. I completely understand places get busy 100%. But I wait for another 15 minutes and three people who walked in after me that did not pre-order the pizza got handed their pizza as I still sat there, waiting one of which was an employee who came in from a break and decided to make her family member who was with her for her break. Two pizzas. The two got the pizza in front of me. I never complain on these things, but I’m sorry that was so wrong!

Came in to pick up a doordash and they said it was ready when I gave them the name then handed me two pizza’s and said there ya go I get to the customers house and you guys did not give me a whole take n bake cheese bread they ordered maybe you guys need to stop rushing so much to close to the point where you are forgetting items that is totally unacceptable I will never do another delivery for your store because you guys FAIL to do your job and that effects the person who delivers it and it effects the customer that didn’t receive their whole order! I haven’t been here in a while and the kid made it sound like walking in and ordering was a crime I forgotten it’s a little bit faster if you call ahead but I was just in the area and last minute seeing the spot and went in and other than that miss hop the food was good you always have to have a papa Murphy’s pizza once in a while

Beware of some managers. They don’t like minor customisations and are not good with some customers and seem to be a stickler for the processes. There was a picky customer a head of us that was indirectly ostracized for being so. The attitude carried to our order when the other customer left. We still love the take n’ bake though. We add our own extra at home toppings and these pizzas are great!

Although the owner is by all accounts a good guy who treats his workers fairly AND pays a decent wage (the reason for 2 stars) I feel if you ask for jalapenos on HALF and they put it on the entire pizza and you take it back in they REALLY should make you a new pizza -not just move them . ESPECIALLY jalapenos . Worker was polite but not real bright- Will NOT be giving them my business again .
