The customer in front of me was there to pick up an online order. He was handed a stack of maybe 5 extra large pizzas and a couple of containers of something else. He said he had ordered meatballs. The kid behind the counter checked his receipt and said they were not on the order. The customer then asked where the three sides of garlic butter were and the kid again checked the receipt but did not say anything. Both the customer and the kid appeared to be getting a bit flustered. the kid then walked over to another kid behind the counter whose name badge on his hat I think said, Brendan. Brendan walked over to the customer and asked “What is the problem?” The customer explained that he thought he had ordered some meatballs and three sides of garlic butter. Brendan said they were not on the receipt and showed the customer. He then said about the garlic butter, “I can give you some.” Further dialog took place and as the customer was getting ready to leave, I suggested to Brendan that he needed to give the man some garlic butter, that it would be the “customer service thing to do.” Brendan then told me “He didn’t pay for them.” I guess Brendan had forgotten that he had already offered. I get that the customer didn’t pay for extra butter, but given that he spent a pile of money on 5 pizzas and other stuff, I would think a few extra sides of butter would just be common courtesy. Basic customer service is a lost art.

Apparently dairy free means no sauce, not vegan option. Got a pan vegitarian pizza without sauce and the dough was crunchy which is not how pan crust is meant to be. Sure it was made in a deep metal pan but the crust was tihim and crisp not thick and buttery and without sauce it was terrible. To top it off I paid extra for non dairy. They charge more for giving u less. I figure if the charge extra ot was bc they have vegan sauce. I do not recommend dairy free in gormet veggie or pan crust.

I keep giving this place too many chances than I should. Their crust just doesn’t cook right no matter how many times I get their pizza. Also everytime I watch them make my pizza the people always hand stretch it and make the crust look even more unnatural. I enjoy the pleasant grove location over this one. Their crust looks more better and never had a problem with their pizza.

I just picked up a pizza from Papa Murphy’s. It was awful. We have gotten many of them and they were always delicious. I called and asked to speak to the manager but she didn’t come to the phone. I am guessing they are cutting costs by using cheaper products. That is too bad. I can see them going out of business in a short while is that is the case. That is a big mistake and the reason for many closures.

I placed an online order before I left work yesterday. I got to this location and learned I’d placed my order at the location across town. It was my mistake but the employee who helped me canceled that order, refunded my payment, made another pizza for me to purchase there and had me on my way home within ten minutes. She saved me an extra drive at the end of a long day and I appreciate that immensely. The pizza was really good, too.

Great Value! This is a good Papa Murphy’s location. Mostly teenage employees are always cheerful. Orders are always correct and ready fast. I order online and orders are done by the time I arrive for pickup in 15 minutes.
