CJ was awesome! He answered promptly with a friendly tone. Without hesitation CJ knew exactly what toppings where on the Chicken pizza I asked about. He quickly punched in my customizations without getting confused. I was able to have a late dinner in a timely fashion due to speedy service. I recommend the Sandy location!

Ordered two pizzas, one stuffed and one regular. Didn’t notice until driving all the way back home that they actually gave us two regular crust pizzas, which wouldn’t matter as much but the there is quite a price difference. Drove all the way back to only be told they’re “they were out of the crust”. No problem but Why wouldn’t you tell your customer that and offer a partial refund when they came to pick it up? Then after asking for a refund they got the manager, manager then said they’ll make it right now and that they’re not out of the crust after the employee said they were. As someone who works in the food industry and who use to help manage a restaurant this is just bad customer service. Especially having to drive all the way back home after a store knowingly let’s a guest walkout with a different pizza they ordered. Wasn’t offered anything to make up for the hassle of what was supposed to be an easy pick up. Just disappointing.

So nice to have some good customer service for a change! These polite teenagers working tonight helped me carry my pizza to my car bc I had my 1.5yr old in my hands. I didn’t even have to ask, they offered! I was bummed they didn’t know about the classic round cheese bread but I’m assuming that’s because it’s not on the menu and usually you can request it. I’m hoping you guys will add it back eventually I don’t really like the new cheese bread and other locations will make the classic if requested but the people working have never heard of it so I’m assuming that’s why they couldn’t make it. Not a big deal but hopefully you guys will bring it back!

Put on hold instantly for 5 min. Pretty sure they hope the customers will hang up. Picked up the pizza the employees just standing there staring like punks and the female who took the call and cashed us out was rude as hell. Never going back. Gresham papas or cherry park aren’t that much further and better service.
