I’ve had good experiences for the most part but recently I’ve had several visits where I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes past when my online order was supposed to be ready. The staff is friendly and clearly trying, but it seems like they need to hire more people or extend their pick-up times out to about an hour so customers can arrive when their food is actually ready.

AWFUL. 4-5 high school kids, NO ONE at all in charge, I watched them be outright rude to at least 4-5 customers during the 20 MINUTES it took them to make my 2 pizzas. One customer came in for a pizza they ordered on-line, only to be told they must have ordered from a different location because the order wasn’t to be found. Customer left, but came back 10 minutes later confirming it was the correct store. Only then did the apathetic kid at the counter go through about 30 slips only to say “oh yeah, here it is”…
