It had been a while since we ate Papa Murphy’s so we decided to get the heart shaped large pizza for Valentine’s Day and it wasn’t good. My 7 year old who LOVES pizza didn’t want to even finish her first piece. We ended up throwing most of it away.

My local spot is 2 other locations further out than this location. It could be pure coincidence but i avoid this location because the pizza is never ready within 30 minutes (showed up at 30 minutes last night with 3 employees standing around doing nothing) i came back 10 minutes later happy to just pick up my pizza and go and its half unwrapped on the to go rack. Thankfully the employee was slightly empathetic but wow, im glad to see im one of few based on other reviews. ✌️

Online order wasn’t fulfilled as represented by web site. Staff chose to ignore me, resulting in a longer than expected wait. Once approached, there was no order. Sorry. Come back later. Second trip was worse than first. Long wait necessitating my having to aggressively bring attention to myself. Still no order. Pizza made. No apology or any display of humility. Used to be this shop was well run. Looks like new owner is a zero. Avoid.

The pizza was excellent as usual. They were busy and making ng pizzas. The young girl who rang my order was very friendly and nice. The older lady making pizzas looked a bit stressed. There was loud clanging noise coming from kitchen. So it was probably normal. I think some music would be good to relax the staff more.

Was told by employee that phone in and online orders are done after walk ins. Waited over an hour for 2 pizza. They we’re rushing and made one wrong. Had to wait even longer. Not the first time this has happened.

I got a few pies here tonight with my kids in the car but I couldn’t get out and get them out and then pay for my pizza and take it to my car with both hands full and safely guide my kids back to the car so I called the store and asked if someone could take my card and pay for me and take my food out to me. A young lady named Jazell was MORE than happy to take care of this for me. She got my pies paid for and the card AND pies brought to me curbside so I didn’t have to drag my kids out. I am so grateful for her level or customer service. I love this store location and I continue to come here and love their service. Great job Jazell. May your amazing efforts always be noticed and appreciated.
