One of my favorite take and bake places of all time. Always fresh toppings and delicious pizza made with care. Simple and quick service, usually pretty fast too for orders. Never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a pizza! Of all the take and bake places in town, this one is top notch.

Got the wrong pizza and they made us bring it back for proof. A little weird in my opinion. Not our fault you didn’t give us the right pizza. We ordered chicken bacon artichoke and got a different one which is understandable but for us to have to take back the mistake is weird. I work in food service and we never require people to bring back the mistakes. I’m hungry and sad that I have to wait another “30 mins” until they have my correct pizza ready and I have to drive all the way back and waste gas. Not the best customer service in my opinion.

Extremely delicious pizza but gave 1 star because the lady helping me was the MOST rude person I’ve ever encountered working behind a counter!!!! Really kinda ruined my night, if their pizza wasn’t so expensive I would have tossed it in the trash. Will no longer be doing online orders as I would much rather give my big tip to someone who doesn’t make me wonder if they spit in my food!

I hate to be a male “Karen” about this, but we have been repeatedly overcharged on our orders due to an error in their tipping system. Their card reader always calculates the tip percentage based on the *original price* rather than the promo or coupon price.

My husband pickup 2 pizzas this past Tuesday. YUM. They did a great job on my Chicken Bacon Artichoke, we had this same pizza in Salem but was the best by far. They even did a great job of wrapping them both so the toppings did not spill out all over the place.

Ordered a Thai chicken pizza. For some reason it had Feta cheese all over it. We hate Feta so I called expecting them to have me bring it in and exchange it. They did not, and did not offer any solution at all. I asked the gal what their policy was for mistake pizzas and she said she didn’t know if they had a policy. She wouldn’t give me any manager info, told me I would need to call Dallas for that and hung up on me.

We have been going to Papa Murphys for a few years now and have always been happy, but the last few times have been unusually bad! We like the NY pizza online but now its so thin there is hardly any topping on it and it sticks to the pan. Also, while baking, a huge air bubble appears on the surface of the pizza. So I guess that’s the new normal…same price-less product! Very disappointed!

Was told to pick our order up in 25 minutes. We arrived in the drive through at the time they told us to, wait for at least 10 minutes for the two cars in front of us to be served because they don’t have them pull ahead until their pizzas were ready. After paying for our pizza, they ask us to pull forward until our pizza is done. Another 10 minutes later they bring the pizza out. So it actually took 45 minutes for them to make the pizza (around 3:30 pm). Next we get home and go to read the baking instructions. They put them face down, so I had to unwrap it just to see what temperature to preheat it to. My first Papa Murphy’s pizza….and probably my last.

The staff is friendly and they get your pizza ready quickly. Online and over the phone ordering is a breeze. I have gotten some good topping suggestions from the staff there, so we have had some great pizzas. The reason I gave this 4 stars is due to inconsistency. We usually get the same pizza with very little variety, but sometimes the topping ratios are way off and change the taste of the pizza quite a bit. Usually our pizzas are great from here, but sometimes they are not great.
