Ordered a half cheese and half veggie and a cowboy. The cowboy was fine but the other one only had a sprinkling of cheese on the whole pizza. The cheese side was red and not close to being a cheese pizza. Ordered here many times and have not seen anything like this. If i would have saw its condition before i left i would have asked for more toppings but it was underneath the cowboy pizza. Not sure if its a fluke or bad day with new workers. Will likely be back out of convenience but will certainly be watching when they make the pies or double check each one before i leave.

I requested jalapenos on my pizza they just gave me sides of jalapeno when I request an extra topping on my pizza expected to be put on top of my pizza and paying for them to build my pizza so I can go home and cook it I paid $24 for my pizza and they’re too good to put the jalapenos actually on the pizza! I would highly suggest that when people ask for extra toppings on their Pizza you actually put them on the pizza like they’re expecting and don’t just put them on the side I didn’t just pay you $24 so I could put my own toppings on my pizza!

I had friends for dinner and have always had really good pizza for years. This time, the crust was not as good, very little sauce and much less toppings. I ordered a famiy pizza online and had my friend pick up the pizza so he didn’t realize we got a smaller pizza than I paid for, and with guests for dinner, I couldn’t leave them to go return the pizza and get what I paid for. Very disappointed this time.

I was reminded today why I stopped coming here. I ordered my pizza online, approx 2 hours before I needed to pick it up. When I walked into the store there was a ton of kids just standing around the counter and not a single one welcomed me. I stood there for a while before a woman poked her head around the corner and said hi. It wasn’t until then that someone came to help me. The kid looking for my pizza just paced infront of the racks, not actually looking at the tags and told me he couldn’t find my order. Another kid came over and was very helpful and ended up pulling my pizza from the back. I remember the days when you would walk into Papa Murphys and hear “welcome to Papa Murphys” and someone was happy to help you. Now it seems like your nothing but an inconvenience. I’ve heard kids making fun of other kids infront of customers and completely walk away from making a pizza to engage in an unwork related conversation all happening in front of leads/management.

Ordered 2 pizzas over the phone, both my wife and I and I could hear the phone call, Arrived and had only one pizza and it was wrong. They claimed to have fixed it and made the other pizza, The pizza they fixed was a stuffed pizza so got home cooked it and realized that it had extra stuff in it we didn’t like, Didn’t find this out until 30 minutes before closing, called was told i could bring the hot cut pizza back but we live outside of town a ways and didn’t have time to make it back before closing so we’re told we are S.O.L.
