We got take out in Enumclaw location got home baked it and found the issues. Crust not cooked and transparent and non-existent in other areas. Bought 2 pizzas and both were similar. It didn’t taste right to begin with. Went out of town next day. Called back to manager after we got back from trip to explain. They weren’t interested in remaking the pizzas or store credit or a refund. Only offered a discount on next order….not acceptable. We offered to send pictures of the pizza to them. They weren’t interested in that either. I would not recommend the Enumclaw location.

Strike 3 +. Third time in a row they got my order wrong, third time I had to go back. I mean how hard is it to hold the onions and put all the olives on one side of the pizza? Even worse, how do you forget to put sausage on the Cowboy?

We are 0 for 4. We use to love this place, but lately it’s been a complete miss. Pay for extra, don’t get extra. Ask for a half and half stuffed, it’s not. This time we didn’t have pizza sauce on our pizza. Plus, they never identify on a stuffed pizza, what half has what, so it’s a guessing game when you cut it. Absolutely disappointing.

I ordered the chicken garlic & had them add bacon. Worst pizza I’ve gotten there. Very little cheese & toppings. Also it was made sloppy. Cheese didn’t go out to the edge & toppings mainly in the middle. I had to spread around before baking. I usually like their pizza but this one is very disappointing.

Out of the many Papa Murphy’s locations I’ve been to, this one is by far the cleanest, fastiest, and friendliest location I have ever been to. We used to live near the Enumclaw area and would come here and get takeout at least once a week. Our orders were always correct and the staff were super friendly. We miss coming to this particular store!
