Ordered 2 pizzas for the kid’s birthday party. They got one of them wrong and I didn’t notice until after already cooked. I called and they would only fix their error if I returned the pizza that I already cooked. So not only was I inconvenienced, I had to delivery back to them a cooked pizza just so they would replace it. No refund offered. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Whoever was making the pizzas in the back this evening, 4/30, did a REALLY disappointing job. All the toppings skewed to one side and missing the extra topping I paid for. If I pay extra for a topping, it should be on the pizza. Sloppy pizza making and mistakes are why I’ve started getting pizzas elsewhere, but I went for convenient today.
