Alex I believe is the young man’s name helped us with our order this afternoon and he was so friendly, accommodating, polite and a pleasure to work with with. We’re very blessed to have such a good team of young adults at the papa Murphy’s in Klahanie neighborhood

I used to order here and just came back after COVID-19. I was shocked how the customer service could be fall like this. From the beginning, they have no sense how to talk to customer. Also I just wanna put some more toppings and he was acting like so frustrated. I really felt offended him in some way because it seems like he was annoyed with me during the whole time visiting there. Hope they can review the customer service status and return just like before.

The employees are super friendly, always helpful, and try really hard to keep every customer happy despite some setbacks like being understaffed. Their pizza is SUPER good and homemade! What could be better than made from scratch pizza? Definitely not a frozen pizza from QFC.

For the price and what you get, the Pizza should have already been freshly baked. You’d be better off going inside QFC and get frozen pizza there. They are good, but a bit overpriced in my opinion. I might try again when I’m feeling prosperous.

I’m a loyal customer for the last 4-5 years but recently the pizza has gone down hill. The last few pizzas have had little cheese and this is important for pizza. The last one I bought had cheese sprinkled lightly in the middle but not around the pizza! I order online and post a time about 10 minutes before I know I can get there but still had to wait a few times.

Sloppy pizza assembly, particularly when owner isn’t there. Employees don’t use the measuring cups for ingredients and wing it when he’s gone. Refused to replace toppings on a pizza because I had a coupon. Since when? Wouldn’t family size a pizza because I had a coupon. Add to that a bad smelling restaurant and a king county food safety rating of only “Good” and you have a really pathetic franchise. Avoid and try a different store!!!

Some of worst pizza I’ve had, virtually every grocery store brand is better. Marginal amounts of sauce and difficult to get the regular crust cooked through without burning. The “bake it yourself” gimmick only gives you the opportunity to mess up the cooking process in some way. If you have a hankering for some delicious pizza, go pretty much anywhere else.

Really irritating customer service. Guy rang me up for a pizza, I hand him a hundred dollar bill, he begins to give me change, then some other guy says “oh no we don’t have enough change for that” after I literally watched the other man pull more than enough change out. “You can go get change and come back” no thanks on doing your job. How do you run a business without sufficient funds??

Papa John’s is normally good but there is no such thing as “dairy free cheese* cheese is dairy. If it’s dairy free it is not cheese.
