Ashley. Dear gods. We came in first thing to get our usual, which you remembered on sight. We went through birthday pizzas and a glitchy screen, and you handled it with patience and professionalism. And then… you made another magnificent pizza. Your co-worker had a genuine smile on her face (forgive us for not asking her name) while working. You now have some very loyal customers, ma’am. So I go in on a Friday night and order one pizza, after being treated rudely because I had not ordered in advance I finally got my order. Flash forward to when I get home my pizza sauce doesn’t taste right. So I call back the next day and assistant manager Mike tells me that the manager used marinara sauce for some of the pizzas that night on accident but didn’t bother to fix it once they realized. Honestly this is TERRIBLE, being afraid to waste product so giving costumers the wrong thing and hoping they won’t notice? I used to love this location about 6 months ago but now all I see is poor management that cuts corners. I suggest switching to a different location.

I called in my order this morning around 11:30am, the girl on the phone did not seem to happy during the conversation. At 11:47am I pulled into the drive through to pick up my order, and the same girl was short and almost rude. Come to find out she was the only one working and very busy (Busy is not an excuse) however, I can understand being upset having to be open and running a store all alone. So my two stars are a direct reflection for the management of this location for allowing someone to open and run a store like this all alone. What if she got hurt and needed immediate medical attention? What if she got robbed? Unsafe and not cool. My order was complete and terrific, and I feel sorry for the girl working and wouldn’t be surprised if this continues to happen for her if she moved onto another job somewhere else. Step it up on your staffing! Don’t let your people open and run this place alone!

Worst experience ever. My cashier Ashley was so disrespectful it took my upmost civil behavior not to respond to the disrespect beyond telling her how to behave in public. Do not send vulnerable adults to this location who are at risk of being victimized or otherwise traumatized by a “manager” who speaks to the public like they are stupid. Even after articulating the disrespect was uncalled for and demanding to be handled professionally the cashier Ashley could not comprehend the situation or hold in her behavior as soon as she was able to she came back out to openly talk about how rude I was for demanding her to stop disrespecting me.. so with the last of my sanity I jumped out of my car and confronted this “manager” once more. I started with “do I really have to contact corporate” .. she responded by expressing loudly how rude I was earlier to her. Which is fine she has every right to feel that way, I don’t care I’m not her parents or employer. And furthermore I wasn’t the one getting paid to be there. She then had the bright idea to ask me if I was going to get a refund.. to which I said no as all I was there for was a dam pizza. But before I left I realized if she just realized there is no line of service left between her and I then I should confirm she is making my order and not keeping my money cuz I didn’t ask for it specifically… Come to find out not only is this “manager” unable to understand basic respect, they not only had the bright idea how to not make money by giving me a refund, but brilliantly she wasn’t trained properly enough to process a refund… Can’t make it up Ashley should go back to college if she wants to disrespect people till then she isn’t qualified enough to even flip my burger… P.s props to the young red head girl there she handled my pizza expertly and even had a genuine smile when I complimented the beauty of the work… Hostest was kura. But something tells me Ashley controls the register for a reason…
