As someone from the east coast. These calzones are pathetically small. I can’t even begin to explain how pathetic the calzones are. I got 1/10 the size I expected. And I’ve been on the west coast a while now so that was the biggest disappointment I’ve ever reluctantly ate because I already spent the money.

This location was our go to because literally less than 5 minutes from the house. The last 5 pizzas we got were not done very well crust seemed old and not much toppings. We started going to the mountlake terrace one across town from us because that one is much better. We’ll we gave them another chance after months. Bad idea, there was hardly any cheese on our pizza plus all of the pepperoni was stuck to the plastic.

I visited Papa Murphy’s on 11/23/2021 at or around 5:30. I had ordered my pizza at 4:30pm and when I got to the store it was not ready. I noticed there were about 30 order slips on the counter. The manager lady told me that someone had called in sick and another went on vacation. I was a little upset at first, but stepped back and watched 2 girls and a guy bust out pizzas at record speeds. They were doing a great job in spite of their set backs. Great job guys. Your owner should take you guys out for drinks after killing it the way you did!

I used to like this one. I dont know what happened. I asked for galic sauce once and was told they do substitutions. I looked at the boy who said that and told him i have been doing substitutions since before he was born. This time i asked for it and got charged a dollar. They said it was premium. This is the ONLY one that has ever given me any problems. I will never go back. They need to make some changes. They used to be really nice. Within the last 6 months they have really changed.

Used to love this location but haven’t ordered in months. I placed a phone order and explicitly asked for white sauce on the pizza. They made it with red sauce. I didn’t realize until I got home. Gave them a call to see if they could give me a credit, they just wanted me to take it back and remake. It’s cold and rainy outside, and I have family visiting; I don’t want to go back because you screwed up the order. Poor customer service, cannot recommend anymore.
