If this place closed as Papa Murphy’s and became an independent shop with the same folks, I’d still go.

I am so upset the worker of yours just hung up on me when I asked for his name again. I called because I had ordered online & asked for white sauce but #1 there is barely any sauce to begin with, # 2 it was red sauce. I live near this location but the way this employee treated me is unacceptable. I’ll be calling the owner when he is not answering the phone to hang up on me.

I love pizza!!!!! My favorite pizza is the gourmet vegetarian this is my number one go to pizza. My wife likes to get the all meat. Probably one of the most filling pizzas you can get it’s a Chicago stuffed crust, You eat two slices of this thing and you’ll be full for the night. By far one of my favorite pizzas it’s a Papa Murphy’s Pizza

Some of the best pizza I can get so long as I’m willing to cook that night. And honestly, for 18 minutes of cook time, it’s worth it. Much better taste than pizza that’s cooked and delivered, and I can eat it right out of the oven instead of being slave to the drive time of my delivery driver, whoever that happens to be. I’d choose Papa Murphy’s any day of the week except the Renton location closes pretty early, so sometimes I resort to other options when I’m craving pizza. But when they are open and I want pizza, I go here.

I am going to preface this by saying that I worked in food services for over ten years including making pizzas. I ordered my single pizza at 6:00 pm. They told me it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I am still sitting here at 7:00. Why would you tell me it will be 15 to 20 minutes if it is going to take an hour? I do not understand. Then you are frustrated with me for asking how much longer? You say it will be ANOTHER 15 minutes. I literally ordered a single pizza. I understand being understaffed, but how are you going to have me standing here after an hour while you continue making other pizzas when I literally have one. They said “it was 15 to 20 minutes when you called in”. That means people ordered pizzas AFTER mine and you made theirs first. I had an extremely long day at work and if I had known it would take an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES I would have gone somewhere else. It is just horrible management .

Nice people, they know name & don’t have to ask me anymore. Hades some trouble at first, with getting my pizza order right (due to the music to load). Now they ask if I want my usual & 1 or 2. They even double wrap my pizza,because I ride the bus & I don’t even ask for it. Got a few free pizza’s free because they owned their mistake in start.
