Where’s the meat & cheese? The last few times our Papa’s Fav pizza hasn’t had much meat or cheese on it & the crust is not as good as it used to be. We keep thinking it’s just a one time issue but it’s been ongoing. So disappointing.

Bad customer service and horrible pizza. I thought I would be a Papa Murphy’s customer forever but at this location I’ve had one bad experience after another. It’s unfortunate because the owner of this business is extremely great unfortunately the quality of employees is not so much yesterday I spent $15 on a pizza I wouldn’t have spent a dollar on you’ll see the picture below

Next time you decide to have papa Murphy’s you gotta try subbing out there red sauce for the garlic white sauce…… Yummmmm….. Mmmmmmmmm…… My new favorite on almost any pizza, ( personally I wouldn’t try it on the hawaiian,but that’s just me) it’s delicious !!!!

The past few times i have ordered from this location have been anything but satisfying. A few days ago i ordered a papas favorite with NO MUSHROOMS for my mother in-law and i received it covered it mushrooms that i had to hand pick off for her to be able to eat. TODAY 08/10/2021 I ordered 4 large 16 inch pizzas for my large family. I arrive and receive 1 large 16 inch pizza and the other 3 are 14 inches. I asked why this was and i received very poor customer service and i received NO FORM of compensation or credit towards this order. The young man was as helpful as he could be but when the 2 women came out to argue with me he stood aside to not involve himself which i did appreciate. Please if you want your moneys worth and satisfactory customer service, DO NOT purchase from this location.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Horrible costumer service! Worst costumer experience I have had in quite some time. I order my pizza, drive 15 minutes to come pick it up and their credit card machine was down which noone told me on the phone 20 minutes before when I placed my order. So I wait 12 minutes in my car for their machine to reboot. When I go to pay and get my pizza’s I noticed green onions were put on my pizza which I didn’t order. They refused to remake my pizza correctly but did offer to “pick off” the wrong toppings for me. So after driving 15 minutes to pick up my pizza’s and waiting 12 minutes for their machine to work they refused to remake my pizza. I definitely wouldn’t reccomend this location.

So this is my 3rd time going here since I moved to Renton. The first 2 times I stopped in and ordered my pizza and I had a decent experience…didn’t take too long and the pizza was fairly good. Decided to call my order in today at 4pm and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there about 25 minutes later and there was one other customer in there besides me and one person making pizzas. He kept calling for help from the back, but the manager…I’m assuming was to busy talking about her weekend…and yes I heard their whole conversation even through the one person working called for her by name “Cheryl” about three times asking if someone can help with the register. He finally walked back there after finishing his pizza and asked for help…AGAIN The Manager said she couldn’t hear him…but once again I heard everything and maybe if she wasn’t talking about her weekend with other staff she’d hear her employee calling for help. Finally about 4 other employees emerged and started helping customers. And yes, my pizza still wasn’t ready. By then there was at least 7 other customers in the store. I try to always put myself in other people’s shoes and I can understand if you’re short staff or having a bad day, but this is clearly poor management and this one guy was the only one really working. After getting home I immediately went to the site and read the reviews and it’s obvious that other customers have been experiencing problems as well. I hope that the owner or upper management reads these posts and addresses some of the feedback with their manager and/or staff. Very disappointed with my experience and I will not be back.

Ordered via phone on Halloween knowing they would be busy. After ordering, I arrived at the store to discover that the person who took my call never entered the order for the pizza. Instead of offering to make the pizza immediately, the person behind the counter wanted me to wait behind the over 30 minutes of walk-in customers before I received my pizza. Between the time on hold, waiting in line, and speaking to the rep I wasted over 30 minutes, with at least another 30 minutes waiting for my pizza.

I’ve been here twice and both times the same thing happened. It took 10-15 minutes longer than quoted/expected to get my order. Each time I paid then waited around to be told my order was ready. The employees are always nice and apologize for the wait.
