Came to this store at 7:45, this is the second time we’ve been here around this time and have had the store already shut down or in the process of being shut down, with no ability to make a pizza because everything is put away. If your store hours are 11AM-8PM I don’t understand how you’re closed early regularly enough for this to be our second time having this experience.

This is by far the worst papa murphy’s I’ve been to! I had an issue with my order last time and accidently ordered from this horrible location again. I’ve now visited this location 3x. out of 3x they have messed up twice! Again my order is incorrect! This location has children only, every time I’ve gone in. It’s like an unsupervised daycare! This store is dirty compared to others, ingredients all over the place, the children use profanity in front of customers and you can tell by their attitudes is the last place any of them want to be! I will NEVER give my business to this location again! I highly recommend the Mukilteo location, it’s so much better! They actually make what you order who ever would of thought?!!

Love Papa Murphy’s pizza BUT service was not so good. I had to physically take a picture of the poster showing the price of the pizza we were ordering was $11.99. I work customer service myself and would never had treated customers this way. You’d of thought the employee would have taken the time to go look themselves… Obviously, these employees do not like their jobs. Sad.

ZERO STARS First off when I called in my order the girl who answered was short and rude to me because I couldn’t hear her it was very loud where she was . Then I gave my order and asked for a total and instead of actually doing her job she said she didn’t know. My daughter gets there to pick up the food and they have no white sauce for one of our pizzas and forgot to add the soda I ordered on the phone . Now this morning I woke up to go to work and not only myself but everyone in my house is fighting for the bathroom we all got food poisoning. I have called several times to the store with no answer and the message inbox is full .

After calling 4 times and getting no answer, I decided to drive down to order. The girl behind the register was absolutely clueless about anything. Didn’t know what the special was, even though it was posted on the large window out front, didn’t know what to give .e back in change, gave me the wrong change back and was also rude.
