Awful thin crust at this location…. It was literally thinner than a crepe, no matter how long we cooked it. I’ve never experienced this with any other Papa Murphy’s. Also, my boyfriend said the tomatoes tasted like fish. You’d have better luck ordering from the Mill Creek one further down the road.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: Immature service, incorrect order, unprofessional. Called in an order 30 minutes before my arrival and they hadn’t even started my order when I got there. The customers in front of me were in the process of getting a refund. Waited another 15 minutes while the two unsupervised teenagers messed up my pizza order and laughed about it as I walked out completely unsatisfied. I highly recommend going to Little Cesars or Dominoes unsteady!

This was the worst Papa Murphy experience ever! I did an online order and when I went to pick it up they had made a large instead of the family size I had ordered. I was told they’d have a new one ready in a few minutes. I waited 15 minutes and asked again. THEN they started my order. Low and behold when it was finished it was the right size but had the wrong toppings! They made it a 3rd time and then ran out of plastic to wrap it in. I waited again while someone went into the back room to search for a new roll of plastic, then waited while it was mounted on its base. When my pizza was FINALLY ready I had been waiting 25 minutes for what should have been a quick pick-up of a minute or two. There was not a single word of apology for the mistake or the delay. I will not shop here again.

They told me they stopped carrying dipping sauces, was more than willing to pay for them. So weird I thought there pizzas were made with marinara sauce and creamy garlic sauce. How do you stop carrying dipping sauces. I guess no more marinara sauce with their cheeses bread or those make n bake pizza kits. Makes no sense
