The last two times I have ordered up my 5 meat stuffed pizza, there has been issues. The first issue was they were out of Canadian bacon on the second to last visit. The last visit, I always add extra sauce and extra cheese to my pies. On the stuffed I have them put half of the extras on the inside and the other on top. I know that I paid for the additional items because of the total that it came to. Took it home, baked it up and it was drier than the Sahara desert! So tonight is the straw that broke this customers back!! The store shows ONLINE THAT THE STORE IS OPEN UNTIL 9:00 PM. WHICH HAS BEEN THE HOURS THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN UNTIL FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER. I arrived at the store at 8:17 PM walked up to the door and was shocked to find it locked. Looked up at the sign and it had just been turned off. I had noticed the open sign was lit when I had pulled into the parking lot. So with my smart phone I looked up the stores website and on the site it said it would be closing soon at 9:00 pm. I called the number listed and an employee answered the phone with hello. I had to ask if this was the Edgewood/Milton Papa Murphy’s. The employee confirmed that it was, I proceeded to then ask him if I could order a pizza. He then informs me that the store is now closed for the day. I informed him that according to the website they were to be open for another half hour. He then said we now close at 8:00 pm. I informed him that it would have been nice of MANAGEMENT TO HAVE UPDATED THE WEBSITE, thanked him for having to now figure out what I was going to make for dinner. Especially since the rest of my family was sitting at home, oven preheated, ready to have pizza.

Most abysmal customer service ever. Even when employees make the mistake they insist on arguing with customers on how they placed their order instead of fixing the mistake (yes we offered to pay the cost difference) even the manager stoops so low as to start an argument up again when a family member attempts to get the pizza replaced. I am completely surprised at what Papa Murphy’s considers customer service. Anywhere else when a mistake is made it is fixed yes mistakes happen that’s okay but please hold yourselves accountable and fix them for your customers sake. You have lost the business of me and my entire family. I will also be sure to tell everyone else that Papa Murphys is rude and disrespectful to its customers. We will be placing a complaint with the better business bureau as well since they refused to give any corporate or management number.

Got our two pizzas home, unwrapped them, and then found out they were terribly wrong (one was completely the wrong pizza). Was told to come back in and they would remake them. Apparently they meant to tell me that I was supposed to rewrap them and bring them back in, accused me of hanging up too quickly (I didn’t), and told me the alternative is I can pay for more pizzas. I wasn’t about to waste more gas than the pizza toppings are worth nor give them any future money, so I left and went next door to get some take n bake. There’s plenty of other pizza places around that provide better customer service and don’t mess up pizzas on a regular basis.

The last time I ordered my pizza online when I arrived at the store about 20 minutes from the time I ordered. There was not a customer in the store I walked in and went to the sign that said online orders. There were three people working none of them engaged with me. One was making pizza on the other side of the counter looked at me twice and ignored me. Another one was on the phone taking an order and then when he was done ignored me finally the one who was on the phone asked if I needed help I said I was there to pick up a pizza he asked me my name and it was sitting on the rack. Today I called my order in they said it would be 20 minutes I arrived in 20 minutes and they still had not started making the pizza yet.

I really should have read the reviews. I have gone to at least ten locations for every state I have lived in which is five. So that’s a bare minimum of fifty locations. I have never ever ever thought that I could get a bad Papa Murphy’s pizza ever. That is until tonight. This is the most poorly run location I have ever seen. Corporate needs to take this location away from this owner stat! They cheat customer’s on portions, ingredients, and taste do not match ANY of the other franchises. Something is seriously wrong here. I will NEVER go back and there is NOTHING short of removing this franchise owner and staff from this location that will get me to return. I will go out of the way and go to another location.
