I was very surprised at the high quality of the Papa Murphy’s pizza we recently picked up. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, it baked up beautifully in our home oven, and it was way less greasy than other pizzas we have purchased from local restaurants. I ordered 10 pizzas online for my daughters birthday. When I arrived to pick them up I was told very rudely that I needed to call in next time for a order that big that they dont have the staff to make this many pizzas. The man talking to me said “dont you know thats what your spouse to do” He had terrible customer service.

Stopped in for a large thin crust chicken bacon artichoke & was told they we’re out of dough that size. I asked for a small & was told they don’t make that size. I said “can you give me the Family size for price of large to accommodate me”. No I’m not a Manager & can’t do that. So I bought the Family size which will take all week for two seniors to eat.

Service poor this visit. New girl overcharged $4 on Tuesday. Robert is usually nice – attitude problem and argumentative. It took patience to watch my pizza made. At 830 pm all ingredients gone- put away. Robert forgot cheese on top. He used a piece of plastic by the register to cover pizza. It wouldn’t go on so he took it off- removing toppings on pizza – without noticing this happened. I asked him to put the regular plastic on and I received a rude argumentative answer. After that his comments to me remained out of line. I guess he forgot he was working. Bummer- I liked the pizza before I was ripped off and treated bad.

This is the most disfunctional papa murphys Ive ever been in the service was horrible. The staff does not know how to run a production line. Friday night should have all popular pizzas prepped ahead. Very disappointed in quality of pizza and wrapping almost folded my pizza in half and all toppings went to the center so much for early online ordering.
