We order from this papa murphys a couple times a month and the pizza is always really good. I always order online for pick up and I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s always wrong. Adding toppings I didn’t even order. Last week they added pineapple and last night they added onions and tomatoes to a meat pizza. They are quick to re make it but now we are in the habit of checking the pizza before we leave the store

Terrible customer service, stingey and profiting extra funds off of food allergies. They didn’t even give us enough dairy free cheese for a pizza. Most companies care about making it right when their customer is pregnant. Not this place. I’m absolutely shocked. There’s no need for minimum wage employees to actively make the corporation they’re working for extra money off of people and not give af about the customer in the process.

The pizza always tastes great and at a good price. The employees are all incredible! Every interaction I’ve had has been very friendly, professional, and accommodating! Every time I go, I am struck by just how great the employees are. I even accidentally placed an order at the wrong location and went to pick it up at where I thought I had ordered it. Not only did they offer to just make it there, they did it quickly and with out any issue.

So, I had coupons from the week before and was kinda excited to get a discount for my family. The cashier was great and honored it which I loved. But the manager comes around and asks why the price is dropped, I show her the coupons and she was rude right in front of me towards the cashier and gave me grief for using an advertisement that clearly said the price. There wasn’t a date on the back or front so I used them. The pizza makers were great but it seemed apparent the manager wasn’t doing the staff any favors to include giving them the respect of advising in private. I appreciate the service of the staff otherwise but don’t really feel the need to come back seeing as though me getting two pizzas at a discount price seemed incomprehensible. Yeah, no thanks. I’ll just go somewhere else.

I ordered inside, left to go to the store and then came back to pick up my pizza. Only 4 people allowed inside at a time. Finely got in and no one asked about my order. I went up to the counter after about 5 minutes and there it is on the counter. Of course the pizza has hardly anything on it. About 2in around the entire pizza was showing. I would to recommend on not using this location to get your pizza unless you have family members working there.

If I could give this store a negative score I would. Every single time we havr ordered pizza in the last 2 years the order is 100% of the time wrong. Today 10-6 I ordered 1 family size thick crust pepperoni and olives(shouldn’t be to hard to make… wrong), and a 1/2 half olives, mushroom and sausage 1/2 garden vegi thick crust ( again shouldn’t be that hard). Get there and neither were thick crust and the garden vegi was the flipping gourmet vegi which I specifically told the kid who answered the phone to please make sure that it was the gourmet. So we get there neither are thick crust, the vegi is the gourmet vegi…The girl behind the register was frustrated trying to rering everything a person with a black shirt came over and was telling her which buttons to push then told me they have to charge an extra dollar for the thick crust. I said I don’t care I just wanted thick crust. As our order was being made another customer came in and had the same issue of his pizza being wrong. He told them “this happens everytime I come here”. Good to know it’s just not us who has issues… there was another person wearing a black shirt and both of them were arguing back and forth. This store could make a lot of money if they could get the team better. I would put money on it that their sales are down. The employees always seem lethargic. I think the district manager needs to go in as a customer and just watch they would be appalled.
