Ordered 2 family size pizzas and asked for extra sauce and pineapple, well I got extra cheese at a cost not happy about that. Put my number in for my discount of $4 and it should have been my last order till I got my next reward. Never got the $4 off and they said I still needed 1 more and that’s what I was told the last 2 times. They just didn’t care to even do anything when I said something. This place has messed up for me the last time. Incompetent workers to say the least. And I drive 30 minutes there and then back home to not get what I order.

I called in to order the order the order taker got the name for the order wrong I had to stand there and argue with the guy to figure out where my order was. I ordered the cowboy pizza family size, I got it home cooked it at 430 degrees for 20 mins it never got the crust done it was like the crust was still in spots raw . And it’s not my oven it cooks everything else

Awesome Papa Murphy’s! I have been here several times and they have been consistently fast and good. The Manager has great customer service as well. Last time we went here both pizzas we ordered bubbled up and were kinda ruined, he took care of it and made it right. I will keep coming back here!
