Pizzas are always good and reasonably priced like any Papa Murphy’s. This location has become poorly run however. No mask requirements as people wait in the lobby. But, if they don’t have your pizza ready and they say they will bring it out to you after you have paid for it, don’t believe it. After waiting over 15 minutes I saw that nobody was compiling pizzas. Everyone was in the back room chatting. I had to convince the woman that came out front that despite their making no note of it, it had been paid for and I had been waiting on empty promises of bringing it out to me for a while now. I also had to ask for the salad that was also clearly on the order. The salad I received was only half full. Better to order online and not deal with the incompetence but good luck getting your order 100% as expected. This hasn’t been traditionally a problem. In my 2+ years of frequenting this location, this is a newer issue.

This Woodland location has gotten steadily worse. Their regular crust is now thin and flavorless. Not to mention almost $30 for a take-n-bake pizza ! Come on ! Not worth it anymore, especially since their quality has gone so far downhill.

I’m hoping the pizza I got is not what this place has come too and that it’s future is what it once was. I ordered a large cowboy, hand tossed crust. Pretty basic but the pizza I received was extreme thin crust virtually no weight with the toppings and was horrible. Sorry guys I might have to go elsewhere if it doesn’t improve.

I am eating the online ordering. I ordered online so my husband could pick it up as he returned from work. They said the order would be ready at 6:03. My husband arrived at 6:00 and the order of two pizzas wasn’t ready until 6:30. People arriving and ordering after him were getting their pizzas. Don’t bother ordering on line if you are trying to save time.
