I frequent this location often (as I love Papa Murphy’s pizza and this is the closet location for me). Normally, it’s a great place to get pizza. This time, not so much. And over $2. I normally order in store but this time I wanted to try online. My daughter loves pepperoni and pineapple pizza with no cheese and we typically order her a mini murph with a side of pineapple. It’s never been an issue when ordering in store. Since they don’t have the option to order side items like that online, I simply asked the nice young lady for a small side when I picked up the order. She went hunting for a baggie to put it in and was accompanied by the (I presume) manager in tow. He informed me that the side of pineapple was normally $2 but that he wasn’t going to charge me this time. I apologized and said that there was no option online to specify adding a side to the mini murph. He said that was because you cannot modify the mini murph. I then stated that I had no way of adding the side of pineapple and specifying to put it in a side container online. He affirmed that and said it wasn’t an option. I offered to pay the $2 for the side. He declined. So then I have to wonder, why bring up the cost of the side at all? If it wasn’t to get the $2 for the side, was it to simply let me know he was doing me a favor? Ultimately, that “favor” lost that location a repeat customer. I hope it was worth the $2, 3 minutes, and calling it out in a store full of waiting customers.

My go to pizza place when I don’t wanna cook and I have company over! The one on 4th plain is closer to me but I prefer this one and their great customer service! Today when I went in to pick up at 2pm the lady behind the counter was by herself and had about 8 pizza going. She greeted me friendly and asked my name without missing a beat with her pizza making. As I waited, observing her make the pizzas, she was super efficient and greeted each person pleasantly as they walked in the door! I didn’t get her name but I made sure to tell her personally what a fantastic job she was doing!

I went in yesterday for a crustless keto friendly Cowboy pizza….my 2nd one from this establishment. The first one was great so this time I wanted my daughter to try it. Wow, what a disappointment!! I paid $22 for a few crumbles of meat, mushrooms and cheese. Horrible! I wish I would have taken a photo. It was barely enough for one person let alone 2. I really should get my money back or at least another keto pizza.

They forgot a topping and, when I pointed it out, he added it with no problem but didn’t spread it very well. At least a third of the pizza had none at all. He definitely noticed, and he definitely didn’t fix it. The rest of the pizza was good and the store seemed clean.

I usually place online orders when ordering from papa murphy’s. I absolutely love this location! Best customer service and they always have the pizza done on time. Right when you walk in the door they make you feel welcome. The store is clean which is a plus!

Literally just bought a salad tonight and not even 10 minutes since I bought it and this is how it looked when I opened it and it even smelled gross. The kid working there just grabbed it and shoved it in a bag so I didn’t notice till I was home. Will be going back tomorrow with this nasty salad and asking if they would eat it.
