Went to the Grandview store about 7 on Friday evening. There was one young lady working behind the counter. There were no other customers in the building and didn’t look like any in the drive-through. When we walked in we were not even acknowledged and the lady never even looked up from putting together a pizza. After about 5 minutes I asked if someone was able to help us. She mumbled something, again without looking up. About that time a young man walked up and set down some pizza trays, then returned to the back room. After about 2 more minutes of not being acknowledged we turned and walked out.

Very poor service, we waited for a long while for 1 pizza to be made. There was a gentleman at the window for a long time. There was no hustle to the employees with people at the window and in store all waiting on their pizzas.

Was at Safeway across the street. Thought papa Murphy’s sounded good. I am disabled and thought they drive thru would be convenient. No cars in front of the store. No cars ahead of us in drive thru line. Pushed button for service waited 5 minutes for some one to come to window. Staff member rudely stated what’s your order number/name. We said we hadn’t ordered. She said we don’t take orders in the drive up “didn’t you see the sign?” We replied no can we order anyway? She replied “no. That’s right the sign is down”. We asked again she refused. We took our business elsewhere. Was very surprised. Felt discriminated against for my disability. Won’t be back to this location again.

Ordered a pizza and two salads, at a little after opening, I received a call stating they did not have lettuce for the salads, but they would be receiving a shipment very shortly. I called two hours after my order was supposed to be ready, at which time I was advised that they still did not have the lettuce. At which time I canceled my entire order. I am not sure where the issue was if it was management or their suppliers. Some sort of notice should have been added to the website.

It’s been 4 times that I’ve ordered a customized pizza and they mess up the orders! I’m not sure if it’s just the workers that don’t understand how to read. Maybe once it would be ok but 4 times it’s kind of dumb

Fast and always friendly! The GM is the best ive seen at any location and knows his stuff! Highly recommend and WAY better than Pizza Hut any day! Papa Murphy’s pizza makes anything else look like round cardboard with garbage on top.

This place is great. Nothing better than a pizza with fresh ingredients that you can cook at home. Cooking them on my pellet smoker is the best. Jamila Shafer is the best and always has a big smile on her face. Thanks for providing excellent service and a great product. Pizza comes out perfect as long as you follow the directions on cooking it and have a little common sense.

Online ordering a must. It’s pizza every Friday at our home when grandkids come over. Toppings and crust is well balanced and not over the top filling. Fresh salad all the time. Customers are friendly.
