Update: I went to the locations specific website and there was a place to chat. I told someone else the issue and was given a code to replace my pizza. Maybe the person at guest relations just couldn’t of cared less. But my issue was resolved. They deserve at least 4 stars now instead of one.

Not my first time or my last time going to a Papa Murphy’s, they have very good quality food, no matter the type, pizza, salad, desert, etc. Even when being told they’re out of a certain thing they will go look for a few minutes to make sure they’re actually out, and they sometimes come up with that missing item you wanted. Very nice workers, making sure they give you the right thing before you leave the building, double checking before they put stuff on the pizza you ordered which is always nice.

Never got anything. They were having issues with the register, which is not their fault, however the staff kept ignoring us while we waiting. They didn’t explain why they were taking so long to take our order. Finally someone who may have been a supervisor came to help the young man at the register. She glanced at us and said “sorry” and also ignored us. Then the young man asked to take our order and said “just for your information, we can only take cash”. If he had explained he was having a system issue and politely recognized we were waiting I would have been sympathetic. He did not. We left. We did have cash but we were annoyed. Rude. We went to the one on Holland at the Newport hyway instead and got excellent service there.

Pretty poor service, stood around while they made 32 pizzas for call ins. Once I got home and cooked the pizza it just wasn’t good like usual. Bland and doughy. Toppings just didn’t have the usual flavor. No zest. The first time in years of buying Papa Murphys that I wasn’t happy with the service or the pizza.

I gave a 2 star rating because the pizza tastes good—- Ordered this pizza online…What a fiasco! Won’t be doing that again. Put in for a 5:15 pick-up time and they didn’t start making it until I asked them about my order after having to wait in line. Then the person making my order supposedly knew I was standing there waiting and proceeded to leave my order on the back counter behind him unwrapped while he continued just making other random pizzas. I had to say “hey can I get my pizza wrapped up so I can leave?” What is the point of ordering online?…so you can leave a tip and then get treated like you are invisible? Not impressed!
