We randomly walked into one of the best places to eat in New Mexico! The food was so authentic the chimi hit home for me as it was my favorite thing to eat on weekends as a kid, it tasted the same way but even better with the refried smashed beans! I got the machaca and let me you this was the best thing I could’ve ever done today. The red Chile is so flavorful and as a true Nm resident living here 80% of my life this one of the best places for red Chile. The bean and cheese burrito was also a hit! Beans and rice always a great combo. And saving the bets for last, the staff: Maggy our server so sweet, caring as the other lady we didn’t get her name. I saw the nachos ordered & they were huge!!!! Might get them next time but I’m still thinking about that #18 chimi.

Huge portions. I ordered the machaca burrito and my wife ordered the taco combo. Both of us took about half of our order home to finish. I will be going back to try other things. The Jarittos soda is an added bonus.

Their food is always fresh and delicious. It’s small, but the service is fantastic. We’ve been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Prices are very reasonable, their sopapillas are made when you order them, so they are steaming hot and delicious. I recommend this place if you’re in the mood for good Mexican food.

Decent food I had huevos rancheros while my companions had tostada’s. Food was delicious and good serving size but the chili wasn’t hot at all. Enjoyable food and easy on the wallet pricing. I would go back to eat here again.

Papa Nacho’s is my favorite Mexican restaurant. I’ve been coming here for 19 years. One thing that I love is that I can always depend on their food being fresh, flavorful and delicious. Nothing fancy just scrumptious food, a most hospitable staff and clean environment. This is a wonderful little family run restaurant.
