So Here’s the thing. This place lies way too much. My wife order 3 subs, chicken. 3 fries and 3 sodas. And just because it was almost the end of the night they told my wife that my card was stolen. Then when I called back to find out why he would day my card was stolen the guy who says he was the supervisor hung up on me 2 times. Then whoever the other guy was going to tell me they tired to type the card number and it didn’t work. Now Iiterally i order from door dash using the same card and lord behold my card works. They think its over but i will be seeing them tomorrow. Cause that was very unprofessional and i hate being lied too.

Their food is really good, but I placed an order at 10:10pm. It’s 11:50pm and the food still haven’t arrived. When I call to cancel my order, the lady hangs up on me while still talking. I will give a 2 star due to the food being good. Customer service needs too be improved. I think this a family business so they won’t care about this review.

Wish I could give lower than a 1 star review. First off they don’t have good customer service. They either answer with “please hold” or “pock or delivery”. Hey employees how about “Thank you for call Papa palace. How can I help you.” Then they don’t even listen to what you order. I ordered the 3 sub special for $23.99 and a quesadilla for $8.49. Was charged $43 which doesn’t add up. And she didn’t even put the special in so we got no fries with our subs. First time ordering. Bad experience will never order again. Should habe checked their review first. I suggest Universal Pizza and Subs, or even Yias Yias pizzeria.
