Should have listened to the reviews. Spent $21.75 on this Margarita Pizza….it’s just bread, a tiny spread of sauce and low quality cheese. No tomato AT ALL!

Ordered from here because it was the only one open. Got a bit nervous reading the other reviews. While the pizza was a little bit burnt on the bottom, it was still pretty good if not a tad bland. It also arrived quickly and the delivery driver was very friendly and polite. All in all a more than adequate meal.

I stayed overnight in mackinaw city and ordered a pizza from Papa Zo’s online at 8:30pm. I received an order confirmation email immediately. I called the restaurant around 9pm to confirm what the expected delivery time was – I was told the delivery was on the road and would be there within 10 minutes. I waited another 30 minutes and called back around 9:30 asking about my order and that if needed I could pick it up. I was told the woman made a mistake before and that the delivery was out now. I never received my food. I don’t know if the web order didn’t go through and the employee didn’t verify my order properly or if they just failed to deliver it or make it or what, but the experience was an absolute failure that caused me to miss getting food anywhere in Mackinaw City because I waited for my food to be delivered until everything was closed on Saturday night after 10pm. Don’t take a chance ordering delivery or online.

Everything about my experience is pretty average. I mean the pizza was hot, my pizza tasted decent, and it was reasonably priced. Delivery guy was kind, and was nice enough to automatically apply the hotel coupon. There isn’t really anything I can complain about. 3.5 or 4 stars?

Pizza arrived faster than expected. Delivery guy was polite. Pizza was great & hand-tossed. Breadsticks were really good! Supplied paper plates, which was awesome! Overall, good experience! Recommend!

Ordered at 7 45, told 40 min. At 9 called and was told delivery was behind, only1 driver.. Ok understand. At 10 called again because no food. ( they close at 10) there was just a busy signal for 10 min. Finally get through and no answer. It’s almost 1020 we figure the food is not coming. At 11 45 a knock on door, the pizza guy. He says I’m so sorry I hate to even ask you to pay for this but I have too. We felt so sorry for him because he obviously had NO support from his management. The pizza and breadsticks were undercooked and cold. Bad way to run a business and treat your staff. I hope the driver quit, he deserved better than that. We tipped him well. Wasn’t his fault, he did his job .

I was nervous after reading so many bad reviews, but there aren’t many options for delivery around here, and conveniently, local hotels pop up in their online ordering menu so you don’t need to punch in an unfamiliar adrs (only know your room number). Bad: The online ordering menu didn’t offer any beverage options!! (Not even water!) I’d give the pizza itself (pictured with meatball topping) 3 stars – would’ve been 4 but very salty and cheese low quality for the price. Good: I ordered online at 6:40pm on an early Aug (on-season) Monday night, and it was delivered to my hotel at 7:05, piping hot, plates and napkins included, by a polite driver. It was not burnt, like some reviews described.

This is our third pizza place we’ve tried on vacation. The chicken bacon ranch pizza has lettuce, spinach and tomatoes on it. Not what we were expecting. Make sure you check the ingredients on what you are ordering. Breadsticks with cheese was just a breadstick with melted cheese on top. Nothing special. As our third pizza place we’ve tried and the price we paid, we definitely thought we’d get better pizza and breadsticks. Probably won’t order from them again even with the free delivery and 10% discount because of the hotel we are staying in.
