Great place for delicious Mexican food at a great value. The lunch menu was amazing. Staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. Honey and butter at your table for warm flour tortillas plus warm corn chips and salsa. Lunch fajitas salad was a big winner.

Was visiting from out of town for a friend’s graduation and we decided to come here for lunch. The restaurant is big, it was packed but the service was great! The servers were prompt and friendly, nothing but great. The food was good but not great. I ordered a torta, which I wish would have had more flavor, it was good but was missing something, the chicken tortilla soup was pretty good. My friend had the fajita parrillada, which looked pretty good and came with a side of guac, sour cream, and pico.

The wife and I tried this place out because we were looking for a new and different Mexican (Tex/Mex) place to eat. JACKPOT!! This place is GREAT!! Plenty of parking, convenient hours of operation, greeted when we walked in the front door, choice of booth or table (we chose booth and it was very comfortable). A very nice young lady almost immediately came over to get out drink order. We were quickly served chips, salsa, and flour tortillas. I won’t bore you with our food orders but suffice it to say it was really good! Price was very reasonable. I’ve eaten Mexican food in San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas as well as my present location in Henderson,TX and I’ll put this place up against any of them! Looking forward to returning!!

My family wanted to go out for Cinco De Mayo and had a couple places in mind. We are not from Longview, so we tried another place that we are familiar with. The wait time was over an hour. We instead drove down the street to Papacita’s. The reviews were great, and we started getting excited before we stepped inside. First impressions: this restaurant is massive! It’s 2 stories tall and has water features and a live mariachi band. We waited a whopping 2 minutes to be seated! 2 things about the food stood out to me. Each person at our table received a bowl of salsa instead of sharing one bowl and the puffy tacos I ordered were crispy and more like bowls than tacos. In San Antonio puffy tacos are still fluffy and able to be folded. Aside from that difference, this place was great. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for dinner in Longview, TX.

First time here. The food was reasonably priced. The servers were prompt to keep chips and tortillas available on the table. The chips and tortillas are very good. They pair the tortillas with honey and butter which was very good but unexpected for me. The honey can make things a bit of a mess as it drips around. My quesadillas were fine. I will probably try some sort of burrito next time.

Took my 88 yr old parents to lunch and it was great! We were seated without a wait at a table near the entrance as my parents can’t walk well. The foyer and dining room was immaculate and the aroma was devine as we were seated. Service was excellent and food delicious. The portions were generous.

Got seated right away upstairs – no wait. Chips, salsa and homemade flour tortillas arrived at our table promptly after we were seated. Tortillas were warm and our favorite. Salsa was a little on sweet side for my personal taste. Food arrived within minutes after our order was placed. Make your own combo is what we ordered- very reasonably priced with lots of options. Cheese and chicken enchiladas with queso were a favorite. Food was hot, service was great and the atmosphere was fun. Menu was extensive and will be back to try different offerings. Give it a try if you want some decent Tex Mex at an affordable price.

We go there every time we are in town to visit family. Everything I’ve had has been delicious and the atmosphere is fantastic. Seems a great place to do birthday dinners too as we usually hear them sing happy birthday at least 5 times every time we’re there.
