Haven’t ordered from them in years because they blocked me on Facebook when I left a bad review but they were the last place open tonight so I called to order 3 subs at 9 pm, they close at 10pm, the lady told me the pizza machine was down so they’re not taking any orders at all. Shocker there, the staff doesn’t wanna work on a holiday weekend. Done trying to give them my business. Every time I tried in the past, they have an excuse as to why their food is bad and burnt, I didn’t get what I ordered, and why they can’t take an order at all. Someone in Pavilion, please open a better shop to run this place out of business. #BringBackDavis’

Was a nice place in my hometown. Reading reviews of rude service. Gave it a chance. Food was not very good. Wings were ordered hot but got very saucy with something sweet. Sub was terrible tasted metallic.

@nd Time I Ordered. My Sub Order was wrong. 4-23-23 2pm. I asked for banana Peppers On My sub and when I got home and opened it up, No BANNANA PEPPERS!! I called to return the full sub uneaten and the employee obliged. 2 minutes later I receive a call saying that I was wrong, that the cook said I didn’t ask for banana peppers and they could not replace the sub. I asked for a manager and they laughed and told me that there was no manager available. I told them they made a mistake on my order and the girl shouted a profanity at me and hung up the phone. This place is obviously run by the inmates. As a local business owner, I’m ashamed for these owners and their obviously inadequate help. I expect a call from management ASAP !! Ridiculous!! What happened to customer service??

I actually give them 4.8 stars their food isn’t bad what so ever I’m just picky about pizza I feel they add too much sauce but 99.9% of places are that way lol but their subs are monsters so overall their food is delicious!

I threw away over $80 in food from there. I ordered 2 subs for pick up and they took 30mins on a 15 min order. Got home everything was wrong (no sauces for pizza logs, no bacon on bacon cheeseburg sub, the wrap was spinach; I asked for jalapeño cheddar, steak inside was cold and not the right toppings; all 3 things I ordered were wrong) & so I went back. The kid wrote down my order EXACTLY and it took another 30 mins. And even tho it was WRITTEN down AND he came and asked me question because im assuming they lost the paper (!?!?!?!) it was STILL wrong. It was 1 1/2 hours from the time I called to place the order originally and it was still wrong. So I said forget it since it was no past my bed time. I gave them another chance the following weekend and this is what I got… raw dough. Never again. I can make pizza at home better.

Our first time ordering. We had the combo #2. And it was absolutely DELICIOUS and FILLING. We have found our new pizza joint. You guys did great! Your wing sauce reminds my man of pudgy pizza in corning, and he hasn’t had pudgy in so many years. And that blue cheese, I normally hate blue cheese, I’m a ranch fan. But if yall made that in house, cuz it didnt taste like any I’ve had before, well, I loved it. Thank you guys! And well done!
