Family and I traveled from Harlingen to give this a try! It was great. I got the 956, let me tell you this was so tasty. If you like hot cheetos or takis with cheese this will be for you! The chicken was crispy and super tasty! Fries were a delicious plus!

Crispy, fresh, and cooked to perfection, this place has got it down! For a place that focuses solely on chicken and fries, there’s so many flavor combinations with all the sauces and toppings that there’s always something new to try. This time i mixed the creamy cilantro and special sauce for one, but couldn’t help getting the favorite “Harambe”! Can’t wait to come back

Neither girl behind the register could answer my questions about the menu or knew what was on it. The fries were heavily salted before sauces were put on, which ruined the entire meal cause all you tasted was salt. The chicken was over fried and over breaded, which made it like eating rocks. Didn’t bother finishing my meal because it was so disappointing.

I stopped by the famous papas a la carte food truck today for a quick snack, and I was served by Rianna. She was friendly and quick with my order. The service was unmatched, and the chicken and fries were fresh, crisp, and nothing short of papalicious. This is now my favorite food truck. If papas a la carte has 1000 fans, I am one of them. If papas a la carte has one fan, I am that fan. If papas a la carte has no fans, I am dead.

Diviana was working tonight and killed it!! Sweet girl with a great attitude:) I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Such an amazing vibe here at Papas, and the Space Chick’n was PHENOMENAL!!! The variety of sauce choices for this menu are mind-blowing, and I can’t wait to come back.
