A worker was sweeping, didn’t wash her hands, and proceeded to make an order. When I asked if the worker was going to wash her hands, the cashier said “we only wash our hands when we need to, we put on gloves”. Does fixing food not warrant a “need to” wash hands. Disgusting.

I use to love coming to papa pizza getting the Philly cheese steak sandwich, which was good!!! A few months ago I ordered my usual order feta cheese steak combo well the bell peppers and onion wasn’t done I brought it back they remade the sandwich I asked for no mushrooms mushrooms was added on the sandwich so I called I came back and asked for a refund, on 11/3/2022 I placed the order for the food cheesesteak combo again well after getting my order and getting to the car I opened the bag and the sandwich look like dog food so I go back in the store and ask the lady is this Philly cheese steak, her reply was this the new Philly cheese steak that they sent us, ground up like dog food. I told her no, I want my money back… So I will not be going back to Papa Pizza in Elberton Georgia..,.Also I had my cuzn with me,which I encourage her to get a free cheese steak sandwich and she was disappointed as well and ask for her money back I tell you it looks like ground up dog food ground beef then look like steak figure shape at all..

We used to order from Pizza Hut. Pizzas were marginal, usually messed up somehow, but were all we thought we could get. After one of their drivers drove over my grass and ruined one of my bushes, I swore I’d never buy from them again. We looked around and found Papa’s. We have never looked back. #1 Their cheese doesn’t make my stomach hurt. The Pizza Hut pizza always gave me stomach problems but the joy of having pizza almost made it worth it. Papa’s never bothers me. Less grease, better cheese. #2 They get our orders right. We like the ranch sauce and not the red sauce. With Pizza Hut getting the right sauce was a gamble. With Papa’s they always get the sauce right and the ingredients right. #3 The staff. I have gone in there looking like heck after working on the yard, looking decent like I should and regardless of how I look I always get treated with respect. The young ladies smile, they immediately look for my order, and they actually say, Thank you!.” There will be occasional mistakes with any product but I honestly believe these folks try to get it right every time. At least they have made great pizzas every time for us. Thank you.

We just had lunch here & the girl behind the counter (apparently her name was Kiera?) definitely doesn’t need to be working in any sort of customer service position. She was extremely rude. When we walked in & told her we would be eating there, she rolled her eyes & audibly sighed. While paying for my order, I asked her how she was doing & she just looked at me (I guess the answer should have been obvious?). When she delivered my order to our table, I said thank you & she just dropped it in front of me & walked off. She did the same with the other orders. When my boyfriend went up to the counter to ask for a to-go box, she ignored him, & the guy in the back who had been cooking had to grab it for him. We then realized we needed a second one, so my boyfriend went back up to the counter. The guy in the back was busy, & since she couldn’t be bothered (she was on the phone this time & had already ignored him the first time) my boyfriend just stepped behind the counter briefly to grab the box himself (he quite literally took one step behind the counter). Well, this got Kiera’s attention & she quickly got off the phone to scold my boyfriend for his ghastly behavior. The food was great, & the guy who was in the back cooking it was very nice, but Kiera needs to go.
