I almost don’t want to post this review. The Carnivore pizza was delicious. I also highly recommend the Boba Feta. Food was hot and ready on time. Price for the food was a real deal for the quality. I am looking forward to ordering from here again. The reason I don’t want to post this review is this little hole in the wall will become wildly popular and I don’t want to share this gem with anyone else. Still it will probably do that anyway so go ahead and get some of the best pizza in the Springs.

Papas is in a building that houses food trucks at the back of the building, then in the front of the building there is a pizza counter and a frozen custard (ice cream) counter. You can order and eat inside. The sign at the front door says 5 star Food Stop – Local 719 Eatery. So the pizza is great, and the stuffed mushroom are incredible.

This is some seriously amazing pizza! I could tell I was in for something good by the weight of the pizza box. That’s an understatement. Copious amounts of top quality cheese, plus ample toppings on a fluffy, perfectly baked crust. Delicious! Definitely my new favorite pizza in the Springs!

I heard from a friend about this hole-in-the-wall shop. My expectations for local businesses like this is usually really high and I can say they did not disappoint. the food was fresh, and the pizza was extremely delicious, crispy, and made with care put into it. It does come with a little longer wait time as everything’s made and cooked to order, so expect a short (but well worthwhile) wait of about 20 minutes if you’re a walk in.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise to have chosen to order from Papa’s! Their pizza has that New York-style taste, texture, and is AMAZING! They make their own ice cream and jellies in-house. Best vanilla bean I’ve had in a long time. These guys are gonna do well, as long as the word gets around. Like I said, I haven’t had pizza this good is a long time. Don’t pass them up folks, you won’t be disappointed. I’m never going anywhere else for pizza and calzone. Yeah, it’s that good! Another plus; their staff are super friendly.

Seth made our pizza and stuffed bread. Fantastic family culture & hospitality. Pizza and stuffed bread was excellent. Then! We got frozen custard and a slice of some of the fluffiest most remarkable mouth feel cheesecake I’ve had in years. This food hall concept is worth a visit!

The owner, Tom, is incredibly friendly and passionate about his pizza. The pizza is phenomenal! The ingredients are super fresh and high quality, the sauce is light and fresh and well-seasoned, and the cheese is melty and stretchy, and the dough is fresh and delicious with the perfect consistency and crust ratio. The olive oil and seasoning on the crust is an especially great touch. This is my new go-to for pizza. All the chains, and even other local spots just fall short.
