Grabbed a pastrami for my husband and myself, got home opened it up and took a bite, yuck! It was disgusting. Haven’t been here since the change of ownership, definitely won’t be back. Called to express my displeasure and was told “oh well that’s your opinion”. Wow, rudeness at its its finest. I’ll make the drive to Bullhead.

This place is a hidden gem in the Mohave desert region. The Pastrami sandwich is something else in comparison to others, and the California Chicken sandwich was incredible but also a special, so good luck on trying that one. The people are so nice, great to talk to, and make everything so delicious. Don’t let the size of the place confuse you, it’s packed with huge flavor! It’s a drive-thru type place, but definitely check it out and enjoy.

My wife is a traveling nurse and I travel along with her. We’ve been doing this close to four years now and we’re here in the area on contract for the next three months. Having said all of that we’ve tried many different food establishments. Both good and bad in terms of service and quality of their menu items. Today I decided to give The Hut a try as we’ve driven past it numerous times and I always peek at it as it’s a tiny stand alone building. I ordered the hot pastrami sandwich with mustard & pickles and I was pleasantly surprised! I certainly wasn’t expecting the pastrami to be on the leaner side (which I loved!) but it was and the mustard & pickles gave it the perfect amount of tanginess. The wait time for it was minimal and I received it nice & warm. I asked about soup and the lady at the window said it was a creamy cheese & potato soup but they had just run out. However she mentioned they had chili as well. She was friendly, welcoming and seemed to truly appreciated the business. I’ll definitely be stopping by again with my wife before we push on to our next contract.

Went to the hut on Saturday the 25th the pastrami was great but the customer service was not it the girl with the braids looked like she hated being there, no smile or anything. The music was some old music blaring in the background couldn’t hear the man at the window speak really but the pastrami was amazing!
