Para Maria embodies the heartwarming experiences of making and breaking bread with family and friends. It is not just a place to eat, but also the sound of laughter and conversation floating above a patio at sunset. It’s toasting to the weekend with an ice cold margarita after a long day at work. The sweet drip of a melting paleta on a hot summer day. The smell of smoked meats and vegetables on the grill and the lingering spice of the perfect bite that draws you back in for more. Para Maria is the present and the past. It’s getting back to what matters the most — family and friends that have become family. Para Maria is for Maria. And now it’s for you.

This is a review of the downstairs bar only. We did not eat but have stopped by here for cocktails several times now, and always enjoy coming here. The ambience is lovely, as are the offerings but based on our visit last night the bartenders need to get back on track in

Such a pretty place w a great vibe! The patio was perfect on a warm day. Food was delicious, and the drinks were fun! I recommend the Bodega breakfast sandwich. Will definitely be back.

We love Para Maria! Chef Tatiana and her crew do an amazing job. This salmon is one of the best I’ve ever had. Service is always great and during nice weather, the outside seating is a plus. I can’t wait to go again!

Amazing 11/10 experience, due to our server Amanda. This was our first time dining downstairs at envoy, we were far from disappointed. The atmosphere and food are great yes, but our server Amanda set the night apart. As a very special occasion dinner, my husband and I were looking for somewhere to be wow’d. Amanda did that and beyond. Her service, suggestions, knowledge, energy, and attentiveness made this an extraordinary night out. Thank you so much Amanda.

Absolutely awful experience that resulted in us walking out due to complete lack of service. We made a reservation for Father’s Day brunch for four (2 adults and 2 younger kids) and waited nearly 20 minutes without any waitstaff coming by our table. No one acknowledged us sitting there and the restaurant was nearly empty – only one other family was dining next to us. The waitstaff were huddled in the corner chatting the entire time. We even asked the hostess twice to have someone stop by our table but no one came. We walked out.

Mother’s Day reservations. They had one server today, poor girl was alone. Our food took 3 hours to come. No assistant for the server. I made reservations to make sure my mother and other mothers I invited for a dinner be well attended. Very disappointed on the delay. Passed hunger. Good views but service did not meet expectations.

Absolutely stunning. Service and ambiance is next level. Very easy going yet high class and elegant. Bartenders Christian and Anna were just so fabulous. If you’re in Sea port it is a must.

The service was nowhere in site. We ordered 2 rounds of drinks which took about 30 minutes to get to us.

Located on the first floor of the Envoy Hotel, Para Maria is a smallish destination with breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner service. I stopped in for brunch and enjoyed the Mexican French toast, two egg breakfast, and other items with my family. The food was well prepared with reasonable portion size. Looking forward to a second visit soon.
