Their brocooli soup and the salads were amazing and I request them to focus on proper seating arrangement. The lady gave me the card no 100 but the tables don’t have numbers marked so took a while to realize that.

Really sad breakfast experience. The eggs in our croissant sandwich and wrap were overcooked and unseasoned, everything felt and tasted reheated instead of fresh. Only upside was a really good apple strudel muffin.

I stop by there at 8 o’clock in the morning to get some fresh cookies. Talk to the manager and explain that I drove from prosper to his business because of all the other stores changed the recipe for the cookies. He said they keep the same recipe, I get home all the cookies were stale. I started to call back, but if he would look me in the face and tell me a stale cookie what’s the what’s the use of calling him back to complain about it if you want good cookies go to tiffs,cookie Society or some mom pie cookie play not paradise

I came here for my book club meeting and had a great time. We received great service and complimentary cookies togo. The Chicken Artichoke Panini and Broccoli Cheese Soup was my favorite above all, second being the Turkey Bacon Ranch Panini. Also, how can I not mention the cookies!? The chocolate chip cookie was just fantastic!

I love this place only for their chicken walnut salad sandwiches. Use to work in Addison so it was a staple. Now I work from home and haven’t had one since before covid, so I decided to exit the toll and treat myself. I got a sandwich, an extra cookie, and a bag of chips for $18? Use to cost me $13 for that meal. Screw the money, I opened my sandwich, and the sandwich was dramatically smaller. I was disappointed cause I felt cheated a few bites more of my sandwich. It was great! I’ve seen Shrinkflation in the stores, but this was my first sight of something I love that went from ” too big to hold” to ” I think they gave me a half sandwich, not a whole”.

This was my 2nd time visiting this location. This was 2nd time I had a unfriendly service nevertheless the food was disgusting not worth $32.01 spent. My daughter had the Ranchero omelet which gave her the bubble guts. I had meatball panini which was soggy and sauce was like tomato paste with onions. It was not tasteful @ all. I won’t be returning/ recommending this place to anyone. But to each it’s own…. feel free to try it. Person whom took my order wasn’t friendly either not even a hello/ smile. Lady whom brought me my order to go was friendly, smiled, and thanked me. She should be in place of the other lady FYI

Used to love this place. We would always stop for lunch to get salad and soup. Recently we started going back and sadly have been very disappointed I feel like either the cooks/food prep either need tk get to know the menu or use the menu when preparing food. Last two times we came here we had to send food back cause it was completely wrong. For example this last time my wife ordered the chicken and artichoke panini. It arrived as toast with a slice of turkey. I ordered the grilled cheese deluxe and was on burnt white bread toast with cheese and bacon (pictured). Previous time I ordered the California turkey and served on cold regular white bread and not sourdough and that’s after sending it back cause it was the wrong sandwich. I understand COVid 19 limitations and understaffing so we waited patiently and disappointed Not sure what has happened but hoping it improves and they get back to speed. Cookies were delicious as always thankfully lol
