OK, I don’t know what this place keeps getting busted on. Yeah, it’s kind of a hole in the wall, I would not eat in here. But I’ve been ordering carryout for at least 4 years now and it’s been consistently good. And hot. And correct. And they do something else that ALL restaurants that sell wet (sauces) carryout should do: they wrap the containers in plastic wrap so it doesn’t leak. EVERYONE should do this but no one does.

We had called first to put in order and the lady was hesitant to take it. She first said it won’t be ready by 520 than sehen we told her we are dining in she said oh okay it will be easy by 5. When we went the dood wasn’t ready. And some reason mango lasi came before water and that even in coffee cup which is weird.

This place has gone down hill. I have ordered from this restaurant plenty times throughout many years. Recently placed an order for 2 veg biriyani. when i went to pickup there was only one container with some fried rice. upon asking the guy he tells me they are out of biriyani. So no one bothers to call me and when i am picking up the order he doesn’t even bother to tell me. Upon asking for refund i am told to call number online. there is no phone number online. I finally decided to text the Owner since i had his number he says sorry for inconvenience and will refund. Never got the refund and no response after that. Just stay away from this place. Food has been horrible as well.

Absolutely the worst customer service you will ever receive at a restaurant of any kind. Let’s start by saying no one should have to jump through hoops or beg for good customer service, and this restaurant is the place that will make you do so. My first visit to this restaurant was on March 21st, 2023. I walked in as I was in the area, and ordered a the chicken tikka and garlic naan in person, I received the tikka kabob instead and called back shortly to see if this can be corrected as this is not the item I ordered. The employee working refused to provide with me any solution, additionally refused to provide her name or any contact information for a manager. Drove over 25 minutes to come in to the store and call the owner from a number of the menu. The owner spoke with the employee and rectified this, pleased with his customer service as an owner I decided to come back on March 31st, 2023. The same employee Chandana as well as another employee Nimmie. I placed an order over the phone and was told 25 minutes, came into the restaurant 30 minutes later to just be repeatedly told by both it will take longer “just 5-10 minutes” “some more time ma’am” and finally after about an hour I received my order which was butter chicken and 1 garlic naan. My order was cold to the touch when I received it. Disappointed I left and will not be back.

Update: I ordered malai cofta, chapati, and baby corn manchurian. First thing I would say about malai cofta that it was really tasty. Baby corn manchurian that I was expecting fry with corn flour with crispy. However, it was just sauce with just baby corn.
