Wow this restaurant has fell off . I miss the quality and standards they used to go by . I ordered wings and fries ,something simple and although the wings were fried crispy ,they were small and dry . Also the flavor lacked authenticity. They tasted like they weren’t seasoned and just drenched in a generic BBQ sauce . The texture was like dehydrated meat .

They need to make changes to the food, I order roasted beef and a Philly Cheese Steak grinder and it was disgusting the meat was old (rubbery ) the beef has green stuff all over it and smelled unpleasant. the Vegetable was spoiled. I had to throw both out in the trash

This is sad to say about a business that I have supported for many years. I have frequented this place since HS so about 20+ years. I don’t know if changing ownership so many times contributed to the quality of food but I ordered two grinders yesterday 1 eggplant parm and 1 chicken parm. Not only was there hardly any meat and empty ends in the grinder but the chicken was rubbery and texture was disgusting. I will not be going back here. I hope they take this review and make necessary changes so they don’t lose more business.

Great pizza but the customer service could be better. When I called in to order over the phone the woman could not understand me even after I repeated myself slower and more clearly and then she was unpleasant and rude the rest of the conversation. The reason I am still giving 5 stars is because the kitchen staff was nice so I want to praise them. The photo is the delicious buffalo chicken pizza I got from there.

This is my favorite pizza spot in the area! They make pies just like my hometown pizzeria, and they do it with smiles! The crust is perfectly crunchy and just thick enough to really enjoy against the rest of that pillowy soft slice. Delicious! Try the meat lovers, or a bacon and onion pie. No regrets about it!

I’ve Never had a bad meal or pizza at Paradise and I’ve been going there for 30+ years. Everyone is friendly, the service is great, you get nice size servings for a reasonable price. GREAT PLACE!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT Full bar as well. I saw a band tour bus there awhile ago picking up food for the band, hahaha, they know where to get the good stuff !!!
