Let’s be clear. I have been a customer to this place for probably about 15 years now. Not the least expensive pizza place and not the best. However they have some really good specialty slices. Let me explain the low rating. I went in on July 6th 2023. The gentleman behind the counter was helping another customer. Although she ordered, he kept a casual conversation going for about 7 minutes. He never looked my way. He never said one moment. And while there were three other men behind the counter, no one came to ask if I needed help. He smiled in her face, thanked “Debra” by name and turn the other way. Not once the be even look at me. Another worker came past me tapped him on the leg and asked him to take me. Mind you this person had walked past three times looking at the counter. Never once addressed me as a customer. Now he’s addressing me after being prompred. I looked at him with a surprised look. He looked me by returning my look as if it was funny. His following interaction was cold, short and not welcoming. It’s not my typical experience to wait and be ignored in here. That’s why I didn’t leave. However, I will leave this review. I’m hoping it is because it just was a bad day for them and not because there was a black man waiting to be served.

Butternut squash soup for me, and potato leak for mom. We both thoroughly enjoyed, so delicious. And the stuffed mushrooms was equally tasty and fresh. Oh, almost forgot the complimentary dinner rolls are so soft and warm and yummy. Ty for the great waitstaff, as well.

Their hours say 11-11p but they begin to clean up at 9p. They begin to mop the floors while still eating dinner and the cleaning chemicals smell horrible making it difficult to enjoy your meal. They also turn the lights up and music off, making you feel like you have to rush out. There is no reason to begin cleaning two hours before close. Change the hours on the door and websites

I ordered a pepperoni pizza over the phone, when i arrived the gentleman notified that a cheese pizza was made instead and if i waited 10 min they would make a new one. After waiting 15 minuets i went back in to pick up the pizza, when i got home and open the box, they simply added pepperoni to the cheese pizza and put it back in the oven. It was burnt, dry and tuff.

My mom ate here and got food poisoning. She ate multiple things that day so we weren’t sure where it came from. Yesterday after shopping I ate from this place and I’ve been sick ever since ! They are handling money/cards then touching the food. Something needs to be done this is not the first review complaining about food poisoning ! NEVER eating here again
