All around, the best place to eat, whether you are a local or just passing thru. This family is awesome and friendly and will always treat you right. I can not, obviously, personally, attest to all the food, but I’ve had several different items and not a single complaint! My favorite is the steak or chicken fajita nachos! I’ve done take-out many times, but the friendly atmosphere while eating there is 2nd to none, in my books. I promise u wont regret a visit to this place!!

We ate here on Labor day and were the only customers there. The service was amazing – the waitress was very nice, and the kids’ food was brought first and very quickly. The food was hot and it tasted great. Their homemade salsa, while very mild, was tasty. I would highly recommend this place!

The food here is pretty good, authentic. Good variety on the menu with homemade items. Service is fast and friendly. For a small town, this place put out good service and food. You get chips and salsa, with the salsa coming in a Tupperware pour container. It is decent, not very spicy at all and could use a little more cilantro cutting as it was kinda stringy last time.

Excellent food and even better prices. Run by a husband and wife team who are exceptional. Always friendly and welcoming. They are now open Sundays until 2pm with a limited breakfast and lunch menu! No mexican so far on Sunday’s! Will always stop when passing through.

everything here is simply great. I’ve read other reviews where people complained about bad service or bland food… those were years ago and all of that is much better as of 2023. definitely give this place a try, my favorite dishes are the Tacos De Carne Asada, Mi Mexico Enchiladas, and the Molcajete. if I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars I would.

My girlfriend and I were moving from Iowa City to Albuquerque. I’m so happy our route took us through this town. Paraiso was incredibly good food at a very reasonable price. I got the enchiladas and they were top notch. The folks inside were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was prepared in less than ten minutes which is very impressive. I don’t know how often I’ll be coming through Minneola, KS again, but please give these wonderful people a shot if you find yourself in the area. I’m craving the food now from hundreds of miles away!

This place was amazing. We will definitely be going back. My kids and I all had the steak fajita nachos and loved them. I felt the prices were reasonable for the amount of food recieved. Great service, great food, nice little restaurant.
