When visiting Cheyenne, stop by Paramount for coffee & breakfast or a snack, & enjoy the whimsical patio with astounding murals surrounding. The Chai & Butter Beer were heavenly. I had a gluten free, vegetarian breakfast bowl scramble that hit the spot! Supporting local unique businesses like this one is paramount! (Located in an old theatre building.)

Coffee was good food options, not as plenty as we thought. But they have bagels and burritos, and they can warm it up for you. Cool building, the floor reminded me of my grandma’s house in Cuba. Very interesting artwork on the wall. It was a nice coffee house. Lots of fun colors and architectural features around.
