A very nice spot close to Balboa Park and Little Italy. If you couldn’t find a parking spot in Little Italy for food, you can come here instead. The food quality is very nice. They are like French style. We came here to snacking on some lite foods. They are all delicious. The service is amazing, I definitely recommend this place if anyone who wants to find a place for a proper date.

We hosted a morning after wedding brunch after our daughter wedding for 40 guests. Helen worked with us to create a menu that fit our budget but also provided an amazing brunch meal. Helen and the manager assisted us in floral arrangements and set up of the room. In addition they repeatedly checked with us during our event ensuring everything was to our liking. The staff also greeted each guest with drink service and again repeatedly checked on guests during entire service.for refills etc. Not only did we have exceptional service but food was amazing. We had pastries, fresh fruit, two quiche choices, potatoes, waffles (OMG) and salad with chicken. Mimosa bar as well. We received so many compliments on the food from the guests! This was a destination wedding so finding venues was somewhat of a fingers crossed experience and the Parc was exceptional! We were able to enjoy our guests and send them on their travels knowing they had a exceptional meal and service as they left San Diego! Thank you Parc!!!

Cute place near Balboa Park. Only issue is the that the server took a while to get to me. They brought out the wrong food and saw something in my food. I will leave that up to you what I saw. Food was Mediocre at best. Had three items plus the mimosas. All together spent a lot of money, i didn’t even eat it all, and it didn’t taste appetizing. The only thing good was the French toast, but like I said, I saw something on the strawberries.

This a great place for lunch! The food is great and the prices are fairly reasonable. The seafood cobb salad and Mediterranean salad are very filling. The salmon sandwich with skinny fries and crab cake are also delicious.

So, I can’t really rate the food because I didn’t have any. I arrived and waited about 10 minutes without being seated. They don’t have any seated waiting area either, so I had to stand. A handful of staff passed by without greeting nor advising that someone would be attending me shortly. I had higher expectations for eating here after an important meeting. This place is a waste of time. I would not recommend it if you are on a schedule or value your time. I just walked out and went to Mr A’s down the street, which always gives me great service.

One of the best dining experiences I have had. We had a party of six with my parents and in-laws. We ordered the scallop, steak frites, duck, Branzino, beef bourgignon, and ahi tuna. There was nothing but compliments for all the dishes. My personal favorites were the duck and the scallops. The duck skin was perfectly crisp and the scallops had a creaminess to it. Our server was very knowledgeable with his wine and was willing to work with our requests. This place is definitely worth its price tag and reputation.

Service was above average, and atmosphere was very pleasant. Food was good but not great, the musseles in particular did not smell or taste fresh. The scallops were nicely done, the escargot also had an odd taste like they were nt fresh, the calimari was a bit doughy and bland. The chicken and salmon were ok. Certainly in the top 20% for San Diego, but definitely room for improvement. Perhaps better on a less busy night.

We had a big party and sat outside. Our waiter was outstanding – patient, informative and professional. We all had the three course Mother’s Day meal with good choices for appetizers, entrees and desert. The petite filet was great and I recommend as was the crème brûlèe tarte. Nice bar to sit at inside also.

A cute and cozy French restaurant with a warm ambience. For some reason it reminds me of the bar Polite Provision. We came here for a work meeting. We sat at a big table in the corner and enjoyed dinner while listening to the presentation. The beet salad was an excellent starter and I highly recommend. Main course was steak with spinach and mashed potato. Meat was tender and juicy. Chocolate mousse was so rich you need to share with soneone(even you don’t want to).

I had high hopes for this spot after reading the reviews. Not a horrible experience but nowhere near best in class. Sat down to see a lip smudge on the glass, had that switched. Ordered a Oacaxan old fashioned, server didn’t know what that was so I told him “just an old fashioned with mezcal and tequila”. Comes back 10 min later with a Moscow mule. Ordered the crab cake which was decent, nice presentation. The crab cake itself was on the mushy side but good flavor. Had the seared ahi and the beef bourguignon, the ahi was on the dryer side but good quality fish. Thankfully not drenched in a sauce that masks the quality. Beef was great, a little fatty but that’s the only thing I would order again. Thankfully the server didn’t charge me for my drink. Overall the service could have been better but I’ll try this spot again and maybe sit at the bar.
