NO SEASONING on loaded steak fries and chicken cheesesteak. Seems like they cooked everything and didn’t add a sprinkle of seasoning. Ive lived in Philly so I know what this is supposed to taste like. It was bland but had a ton of salt & pepper packets in the bag, which was suspect … however, I don’t want to crunch on salt crystals! I need the salt to be cooked and marinated into the food!…. so the packets weren’t helpful. This meal was way too expensive for no seasoning…. I gave it two stars ⭐️⭐️ for effort (temperature & texture), but had it been seasoned, then I’m sure it would have tasted better. I added veggies and other good items thinking that I was about to have a good meal … but they didn’t season it smh… if they did, I couldn’t taste it at all. Very disappointed. I should have read the reviews before ordering They need to add on the advertisement that they don’t season the food or at least make a seasoning or none seasoning option.
