I ordered cheese steak that’s what their specialty, they sent chicken instead! Ok fine no worries , I reordered thinking they made a mistake! Give them Benefit of doubt. Re ordered again they sent me a piece of cheese cake really? Big difference ♂️ they don’t care about door dash customers I will not patronize them again I could have chosen chain restaurant I prefer to stay loyal to local business here in mo! I’m in business in mo and I do my best to satisfy customers what ever it takes ! You can’t even call theses people ! Sorry you failed!

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them. First time didn’t go so well but I thought I’d give them a second try. Both times my Uber eats order arrived with no sandwiches, just a note on the receipt OUT OF BREAD ! How can you run out of bread and still continue to take orders?! I’ll never order from there again!

Where do I begin, the Philly cheese steak sandwich had no flavor, it was missing the cheese sauce and the melted provolone stuck to the wrapper which made a mess. The order took 25 minutes longer than when it was supposed to be ready and on top of that they gave me loaded fries instead of regular French fries. And I wouldn’t recommend the loaded fries, again no flavor.

Looks nothing like the pictures once you get it. Ours didn’t come on 6 inch or 12 inch subs it came on a hamburger bun. No fries or brownie bites that were supposed to come with the order. Probably won’t eat here again.

It is a little confusing because there is no sign anywhere but this place is inside Brio Italian Grille. They are only doing online orders. The cheese steak was good considering this is St Louis and not Philadelphia. The fries are huge.
