DISGUSTING. Seriously stay away from this place. What I just received from them was so disgusting. Ordered a cheese STEAK and received a chicken cheese steak and the chicken wasn’t even hardly cooked. It was so gross I will never even consider trying this place again. That’s what I get for figuring I’d try something new. Stay away I’m not joking. Places that send food out like that and think it’s okay need to be closed down. They obviously don’t care about quality or sending out something that’s safe to consume.

Terrible. I never take the time to leave bad reviews but this was AWFUL. waited an extra 20 minutes to get my cheesesteak, I ordered a chipotle cheeseSTEAK. Half was chicken (there’s not even a 1/2 and 1/2 option on the menu so WHY?) no chipotle, no cheese, no sauce just a dry sandwich with half the meat wrong. Worst $12 ever. Stay away.

Trying so hard to like this place. The sandwich tastes good but can you at least put cheese whiz on it? The small dollop of cheese whiz on the side we get is what I would expect to see for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich if there was a national cheese shortage. Can’t even add more cheese whiz on Grubhub if we were to pay for it. $20 sandwich is high in general, but for it to show up with a dollop of cheese whiz on the side and that’s your maximum? It’s a shame. Opposite of the pictures too. Come on guys make it cheesy

Honestly no! They got my order wrong and I was too far out to return. Chicken was blend and the cheese fries looked like they just melted a sliced mozzarella piece on top! . My brownie bites were practically still frozen!

Awful, chopped chicken no suace, no difference between the normal and Chipotle versions. Loaded fries for 11 dollars only had a small amount of beef and cheese barely covered the top of the fries. BRAVO RESTAURANT SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS.
