The banh mi are good but not great like some places in Orlando. You will have to ask them to press the sandwich more time because the middle was still cool in the center and sandwiches are supposed to be crunchy and hot on the inside. I ordered the vermicelli noodle with pork and it was better than the sandwich itself. Haven’t ordered anything else yet.

Very cute and cozy cafe. My favorite sandwich is the croissant with shredded chicken and veggies and the B1 or B2 banh mi sandwiches. I love their tapioca pearls, it’s fresh and chewy. One of my fave drink is the artichoke boba tea (an acquired taste) I didn’t think I’d like it at first, but it goes well with most of their food – light in flavor, refreshing, and not too sweet. The owners are nice and the service was quick. They are very busy during the weekends, so you have to be patient. I recommend going during weekdays. They have buy 5 get 1 free for the banh mi sandwiches. Food and drinks are customizable according to your liking as well. My other favorite boba tea is their Strawberry Milk tea with lychee jelly. 100% recommend!

The food is amazing! The Bánh Mi is so good! I’m happy there is one in Viera! I don’t have to go Orlando for the Sandwiches. I’ve been going to the Orlando location for years. The Pho and Spring rolls are delicious too which are newer items on the menu. The signature drinks Paris Fruit tea and Artichoke tea is my new go to instead of the milk ice coffee. The teas are fresh and refreshing.

This place is one of my new favorites. The sandwiches are well balanced with the flavor choices and light enough where I want to come back regularly on the weekends and I don’t feel like they are heavy meals that will slow me down. I initially believed the drinks werent for me because of how sweet they are, but Im glad I asked about that because a lot of them you can adjust the sweetness. I tried the matcha milk tea with 15% sweetness and it was perfect.

My GF and I just tried this place for the first time and it was great! We tried their B1 special combination baguette sandwich, a Paris by night (brown sugar boba tea), a Paris fruits tea, and a little pork pastry. The pastry was warm and flakey, and the baguette had a great crunch. The meat inside the sandwich was super flavorful and the veggies tasted crisp and fresh. All of it was delicious and came out rather quick. The only delay was the fruits tea but it was a busy time for drink orders. The price was excellent and I would definitely come again!

I have had banh mi in 3 different states including off Bolsa St (Little Saigon) in CA and Paris Banh Mi is hands down the best I’ve ever had. The banquette was hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The grilled pork was deliciously flavorful and marinated with lemon grass. The atmosphere was good, nice and clean as were the bathrooms. Will definitely be returning!

The attitude and service at this location will be the reason why we won’t come back. The girl working the cashier had such a bad attitude. We asked for help at the desserts showcase and she rudely said the price. I didn’t even ask the price; I asked for help. When checking out, we had about 10 items. She nonchalantly asked if we wanted a bag… well yes, we couldn’t hold these individual items. Didn’t help us bag, just looked at us with this disgusted face. Unacceptable.
