Ordered a hot turkey panini, got it cold, the cheese was “melted” but was also cold and tasted refrigerator burned. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from here and was extremely disappointed. I couldn’t even eat it.

I was responsible for a catering order for my sons college lacrosse team that was traveling to Rochester to play SJFC. The meal and set up was second to none. Delivery was on time, everything piping hot, and Tom, the owner, set up the buffet line perfectly. Wish this restaurant was close to my home near NYC, it would be frequented often. Fed 60 players and coaches at the hotel where they were staying with ease. Everyone ate their fill and all had seconds.

Absolutely love ordering from the Paninoteca boys! Always amazing food and excellent service. The owners and staff are very kind and genuine people who care very much for making your food experience joyful. My go-to are the arancini meat and the spinach and cheese filled appetizers as well as several orders of their rapini (bitter greens cooked in olive oil and garlic). I can’t get enough of it! I LOVE IT! One of the only places that make rapini as a side order. The last time I ordered, I tried their Nutella covered cream puff dessert called Bianco e Nero. WOW, so light and delectable! Not usually a dessert orderer but this is one I would order over and over. Highly recommend Park Ave Paninoteca! I love these guys and their food is amazing!

One of my FAVORITE places to order from. The Mac and cheese is outstanding. I get it buffalo style with grilled chicken. The Ceasar salad is the best I’ve ever had and their arancini is fantastic. I order here so much it’s THAT good. And the managers are excellent. Grubhub has not delivered once and the managers went out of their way to help me and it wasn’t even their fault. Highly recommend. Also my order took 10 minutes to make… both times today. Super fast and delicious
