Great date night spot in North Beach. Only giving the food a 4/5 stars because the salmon that came with a “salad” was actually just a bed of cilantro. Everything else was great, worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Excellent brunch, great service, and good coffee! What more do you need. The salmon Benedict was hands-down the winner, but the real game-changer was the Huckleberry fritters. Those things were amazing and will keep me coming back. Another little gem of a place in the city.

It is delicious and their “Marlowe” burger is worth the hype. If you like grapefruit, the brunch brulee is incredible.

I heard about this place (and their hamburgers) a lot and finally had an opportunity to test and taste.

We came here for a late Saturday brunch and had an excellent time. The dining room looks gorgeous and has a great atmosphere. The food was delicious – I particularly enjoyed my polenta cakes with poached eggs, mushrooms and truffle. Service was attentive and friendly. I would come back in a heartbeat.

We were excited to visit Park Tavern in June of 2023 after its reopening. Unfortunately, the menu offered very few options, and two of the items were unavailable the night we dined. The menu did not include a single vegetarian entree. There are much better options in the neighborhood.

We came in for a burger, which was good. I asked for a medium rare and got perfectly pink meat – already a win in my book! However, other than that it was nothing special. The lettuce and fries reminded me of fast food burger – tasty, but nothing out of the ordinary. The deviled eggs were great, the big highlight of the evening for me. The creme brulee was also good.

We celebrated my sister and brother-in-law’s wedding at an intimate dinner in the upstairs space at Park Tavern. The decor and atmosphere was so sweet and romantic! And the food…. oh it was soooo good. I would definitely go back to sit in the general area (which is huge) and try even more amazing menu items.

Park Tavern, San Francisco, CA has good traditional breakfast food, as well as rich dishes like the overly salty Shrimp and Grits. The drinks were good, and atmosphere on a Saturday morning noisy, and packed (just my style). The service was good, not extraordinary, but good, and the price point $$$ out of $$$$$ The restaurant has a Valet, that accepts credit cards for the fee, AND the tip, which is a good thing, considering that parking at North Beach is difficult to find. Handicapped accessible, and clean bathrooms round out the pluses. I would recommend Park Tavern.
